Hopefully we'll get an answer today. This is getting ridiculous, if Seedorf goes now we'll have to look for 2 top creative mids, it's not like there are many of them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

QUOTE
Italian champions Milan have confirmed that Clarence Seedorf has extended his contract for a further season.

The Dutchman met club officials this morning where he put pen to paper, committing himself to the outfit until June 2012.

Seedorf’s previous deal was set to expire next month and he began extension talks last week.

However, amid interest from numerous Brazilian sides, he decided to take some time to review his options.

After speaking with boss Massimiliano Allegri about his tactical plans for next term, Seedorf has now agreed to stay.

The midfielder, 35, joined Milan in the summer of 2002 from city rivals Inter.

Now he's going to rest until the last five matches of next season. Then he'll get another extension. (N)

Quite true. I'm not happy about this. Galliani says if Seedorf signs we will buy only one midfielder. With a midfield of Flamini, Gattuso, Van bommel, Ambrosini and Seedorf, it is simply not good enough. Too old and not enough creativity.
