3-1. Get in! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Just make it 4-1 guys, just to be on the safe side. 50 minutes in that game, by the way.

4-3 Newcastle, Chelsea had reserves out for the most part. We came from behind to best Blackburn 3-1, Liverpool currently losing 2-1 at home to Northampton in ET.

Weird day in EPL. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Regularly scheduled transmission in Serie A (particularly our match). (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) At least, the world is rotating. I actually had an overdose of sports today, and more than half of the matches went wrong. Oh well!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Where does someone like that get the idea that it's perfectly ok to take off his shirt?

Oh right, only in England!

City leading Chelsea in the 80th minute. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) It's that man, Teven again, 1-0. Mancini's got Carlo's number, up until now. Let's see what the London club can do in the last ten of the match.

And it stays that way, Chelsea go down 1-0. Tevez is the man. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Carlo still chewing down his gum, while Mancini will be devouring on a lollypop in the evening. One thing is certain, the dynamics of the EPL will change after this epic result. After two wins against the Londoners last year, mark another one today for Manchester City.

It's always easier when your aim is to not lose.

City did defend really well but their attacking was poor and they capitalized on a mistake.

The referee sure let a lot of fouls go lol...I thought i was watching a rugby match the first half.

Yes, for a moment there I thought Chelsea would draw level, but good, solid defending from City. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It was no way that 4-2 open affair like last season, but overall a good interesting match. One goal leads very often are, the other team comes up hard to equalize.

Especially when Drogba + Anelka are having an off day.

But boy the media are going to have a field day with this one. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Since the general narrative has been "Chelsea given easy fixtures"

I still think they'll beat Arsenal though since they have a far weaker defense and don't quite have the same kind of muscle in midfield as man city.

Arsenal losing 3-2 at home to West Brom, 3-0 down at one point as well (and the Baggies missed a penalty). I hate the club, but credit where it's due, they've got 10 points from their first 6 games and have had to play Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool so far, as well as a derby game with sha.

True. Well as long as we get a hard fought EPL, I'm game. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Tight challenge for the title, and close matches for the 4th position. When one invest a full year on a league, it is never a good sight for the neutrals to see title wins with 10-12 points between the first and second place teams. Fingers crossed we get a good show!

So Mancini's new team beats Carlo's new team today. Egad, the irony.

LOL, it's been happening for the past year and half. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Or maybe even more if we count their inter days! Mancini surely has got Carlo's number, maybe he has worked out Mr. Cigar.
