Milan will probably make some noise this summer. But it will most likely be in defense, a main candidate is Mexes (unless Roma negotiate for further increase in its capital base).

But I believe the most noise will come from Madrid, with Ibra leaving the whiners.

Hi,

Just read the rumours from Tuttomercato a few pages back.

few questions.

Does anybody think the rumour about Ronaldo could happen if Milan sell kaka?
Also has anybody else heard anything about the Essien- Seedorf and Pirlo swap is it on the cards?

i think Genoa are early winners this transfer summer

out
Milito
T. Motta

in
Floccari
Aquafresqua
Crespo
Quaresma(loaned, co-owned with inter)

that's pretty intimidating!

I don't know really. Milito is probably irreplacable. Quaresma is worthless IMO. Floccari is decent. Crespo? He's old. I don't think they won that much. I've seen many teams trying to buy "more" and selling "less" in quantity ahead of quality and it almost every time backfired.

I think Genoa have done a very good job. Quaresma is my only doubt but he has proved a good player for smaller sides. it may just work!

Time will tell.

Guys i noticed something...Why is only AC Milan complaining about taxes and what not...Inter doesn't complain...They even seem to be buying more players....It seems like other clubs have interest in Kaka....i won't be happy if he leaves...i wish he doesn't...however, he's been playing badly for 2 yrs now...Pato mus definitely not leave...He's the future of milan like it or not.....How do we get players like messi, ronaldo by selling kaka? doesn't make anysense...Milan must do everything in keeping these players...

i think quaresma is one of the most talented players in the world, that being said he needs to develop before becoming one of the best in the world. From what i see, he is a little slow on grasping the technical aspect of the game but when he was t porto, he was top 10 in the world!!! Its funny how he failed at inter hehe but for ANY other team, he will make some big plays!! Forza Serie A!!!!!
i love genoa and am getting excited about next year

QUOTE (Galliani)
ON THE TRANSFER MARKET

“With regards to the incoming transfer market, it will open on July 1 until August 31. We shall reason things out calmly according to the tactics we shall decide to play. On the rumours about Kaka I repeat that he is a Milan player. There is no doubt that he is not the object of desire of the two most important European clubs, just like Pato. This means that Milan saw well and we shall try to resist the assault of the European clubs who make more profit than us and who have different economic quotas. I might sound boring, but today no one even dares to think that players like Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo can come to Italy: if we don’t solve these problems, we will not have the Kakas, Patos and Ibrahimovics anymore. If we go forward like this, with these stadiums, we will become a small league. You can find a great player, but then you must give him a great wage to keep other clubs at bay. Otherwise you lose the player.

“About the Kaka issue, from January nothing has changed, the only offer there was arrived in January by Manchester City, but at the moment there are no offers, but only declarations of interest.

“With regards to the transfer rumours of Pirlo and Seedorf, there have been no requests, the two most requested players of Milan are Pato and Kaka.”

There is no doubt that he is not the object of desire of the two most important European clubs, just like Pato.

No one is willing to spend money in the current situation. In fact, everyone awaits Perez to spend big as it will cause a domino. Just look at the transfers Zidane's signing triggered in Italy...

Not worried. just amazed by how bad acmilan.com's English section is. you can find typos and mistranslations in almost every page!

The current thought in Italy is that Seedorf will likely follow Ancelotti to Milan.

There are also rumors about Pirlo leaving, also to Chelsea. I'd be really really disappointed if Milan let him go.

Same as well, I really think Pirlo is an important factor for milan, but I have a feeling that if we are going to be signing adebayor (silvio's wish) then we will either have to sell kaka or Pirlo to raise the funds for it.
