Well, we conceded a goal. That's bad. But we scored off a corner (the first time in ages) so...that balances it.
Now the Italian commentary is saying Kaka's got problems with his foot again and that's why he came off. (I think that's what they're saying. they speak very quickly). |

Siena did not deserve that scoreline. We were lucky to go 2-0 up in the first half and the game would have been tighter if Pato's quality had not spoken...
We have played with 11 men instead of 10 in the last two games and it has payed off. While some will say that we did not deserve to score 8 goals between the two games (and I partly agree with that) we still looked much better... humans > zombies... after Resident Evil, Milan proves it too... Awful first half from us but the second half was much better. As much as I criticize carlo I have to give him credit on two things - 1. He looks like he's finally realised that we are better playing with two forwards, although why it has taken him this long I really don't know! and 2. He actually made an attacking sub at half time when we were 2-0 up! Not so long ago he would have swapped Ambro for neverson! Let's hope he continues to play like this.
Credit to SuperPippo on goal no.300 as well (IMG:style_emoticons/default/king.gif) That man was born to score (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) I just hope the injuries to Ricky and Abbiatti aren't too serious. Abbiatti's looked strange but serious while I didn't see what happened to Ricky(did he come back too soon??). Overall a great result and should give us some confidence for next weeks tricky trip to Napoli. |
