Another would be we have too little italian players who put domestic success infront of anything.

Thats's a really good point, somthing I've not thought about before.

Then how can Inter's dominance be justified? they barely have one Italian in their regular XI.

(I'M NOT AGAINST HAVING AN ITALIAN BACKBONE AT ALL! I JUST THINK RIGHT NOW OUR PROBLEM LIES SOMEWHERE ELSE, AND THAT IS (BESIDE THE COACH AND MANAGEMENT ISSUES) HOW EVERY INDIVIDUAL PERFORMS, REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATIONALITIES)

Inter have a team of fighters and not superstars which really helps them. Guys like Stankovic, Cambiasso, Zanetti, etc. aren't exactly considered World class players, but you can bet you'll get 110% from them every game. When you look at us with the likes of Seedorf and Ronaldinho, they'll give you 110% when they want, otherwise they'll give you 10%. I don't think it helps that certain memebers of the team are guarenteed a place in the team regardless of their form.

Also, like I said, Inter "indoctrinated" them to be after the scudetto. That's the only thing they can achive. I mean, no player with brains comes to Inter expecting any European success..

Trust my word. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) I saw her. Maybe you can catch a glimpse in the videos Rivaldo posted, and hopefully you get to see more lineswomen in the remaining league matches. I think it's a refreshing change. Women can do this job as well as men, so why not?

I think I also heard something about female announcers in the stadium in this week's matches!

Dunno about at Milan's game but there was definitely a female stadium announcer at the Palermo game (and a female doing play by play on RAI).

I had never seen women officials in men's games before [especially in football]. it's interesting, and of course, good. they say women are more accurate in many ways than men.

Well that doesn't make her too much of a linesman, then, huh? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Correct word would be linesperson!
