For those of you trying to decide which games to go to, the Serie A fixtures will be out tomorrow.

I can't wait to go back either. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Hopefully THIS time, I won't break my foot.

For this one, I think tickets should easily be available. It's the regular season Serie A games v. Juve that're sold out.

I'd try the New Milan Point (if you're downtown, it's a block from the Duomo) and failing that, the ticket office in front of the San Siro. Tickets should be available about a week in advance.

Have a good time at the game!

So I emailed acmilan.com and asked them about foreigners buying tickets in advance. I was a little surprised that I got a response in just over an hour.

There's a new service that handles this:

http://www.mpestero.com/index.htm

Looks like it's possible (once the season starts) to get tickets well in advance, etc. The only hangup is that you need to do bank transfers and can't, for example, pay by credit card.

The site is in Italian and English.

Thanks a lot for the information !!

I visited the site and I didn't find the match against Juve.
You know I'm looking for the Luigi Berlusconi Trophy, but I think you can just order tickets there for Serie A games...

But thanks for your help and effort (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

mike: how did you offer the tickets? did you mail there or did you fill in that order form?

Question: what are the seats like in the blue or green sections (the sectors behind the two goals)? Anyone? I usually sit in the yellow section opposite the benches.

For those interested in possibly going to the Derby:

Ticket sales for non-season ticket holders who don't have the Cuore Rossonero card will open on Sept 20.

ive sat on both sides in the Green and Blue ofc i like the Blue better because we were in the Curva so i recomend sitting there but if that fails the green is good to on the other side still very good views (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

There is a new system in Italy now, as I understand it you can't buy tickets off the street anymore, you need to do it through banca intensa. They will need your passports in order to print you the tickets. The reason for this is to control violence in Italian football.

My option was to do it through http://www.mpestero.com/ ... They are 'supposedly' the brokers to go through if you cant reach the bank. So I wired them the ticket money and they will be at the gates to distribute them, but you would need your passport with you at the stadium.
