I wanna see some ratings... Guys, some of you are right, this makes really flashbacks from last season. But maybe we should have put up a better first 11. I don't know, but a 1-1 sure does not make me confident. We have now 5 point out of 3 matches which is, yes porty, pathetic. But that does not mean we have 13 good players and the rest is sh@t, and this does not mean we've lost the scudetto. I'm also irritated by Kojak/Fester and our management (and now I am really convinced that Silvio sees the problem, and will act in January), but some of you guys deserve a slap right now (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) . If you feel bad cause we lost unneccessary points thats okay. But shut up with that fatalistic attitude! Just shut up! It's the beginnig of the season and we alleady predict the finish. Yes, yes, we've lost, oh wait, we've played 1-1 with Siena,...mmmm,...that really means we've gonna lost everything. Or not? Bahhhhh,...this match means nothing. It only means we have to take our "easy-point" matches more serious, win the big matches with our first 11. We've played an 11 that never before played together and I hope never ever will. That's what I can read off that 1-1 result. But the world still exists!! QUOTE (mishale @ Sep 15 2007, 06:11 PM) Carlo did right rotating the squad. We weren't playing against Fiorentina or Roma. It was only the weak Siena and the players who got the opportunity should blame themselves. You are getting a chance in the first team and you need to give 120%. Instead, they were playing like sh!t and without any inspiration at all. So next time Carlo wouldn't play them against teams of Siena's level they'd now why. Again We had strong enough team to beat Siena and the key players rest was necessary. The only ones who played decent were Gourcuff (at least he really tried) and Nesta(and not because of the goal). Gila again after missing two chances at the start was useless. But the whole team were awful today. But ,as much as it frustrating to rescue a draw against Siena, let's not draw any conclusions about the title race just yet.Agreed with you one everything except for the part in bold. To win a title I believe that you have to start strongly and we just aren't cutting it, the lack of motivation some of the guys that played for us today showed was appauling. Ok so Kaka and Pirlo did not play, so what, we had a good enough team playing out there to beat the terrible Siena. Why is it that we only show any ammount of determination in the last 10 minutes? By then the game is already gone, especially when you need to score not 1 but 2 goals. I think Carlo has shown where his priorities lie already this season and that is definately not the league imo. 4 points might not seem too much right now because we are still in week 3 but if Inter have a season like they did last season then those 4 points that we lost this early will make us lose grtound to early to catch up later on. Imo, it's not about the coach, or the tactics or what class players we put out there today, but the motivation the 11 we have out there show, and for me apart from a couple none of them showed any of that except for the last 10 minutes when it was already too little too late to do anything about the result

QUOTE (bigmacmtl @ Sep 15 2007, 06:16 PM) like what are we supposed to say? what i predicted during the summer is exactly what is happening right now. our management haven't even tried to address the same problems we had 2 years ago. what i'm a supposed to cheery and giddy? it's fine being positive when it's appropriate but today the whole team was pure **** and everyone here can testify to that. if you think we're depressing then i suggest you get a lobotomy (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I think last season when we won the CL, some people were secretly bemoaning the fact that we won it in the backs of their heads, behind all the uphoria of just winning the cup, because they knew that once we won the cup Galliani will not make any significant changes. That's the price the team paid for winning that cup, and if things don't improve we'll have to make changes again in January. QUOTE (arivanjj @ Sep 15 2007, 06:22 PM) wow... siena... i'm going to straight to gilardino! well.. that's just it. we are not seeing one bit of improvement from him so January is the time for him to go Gila had nothing to do with it, him and Pippo gotNO service WHAT SO EVER during the entire match. So this imo cannot be blamed on Gila in anyway.

QUOTE (Porty @ Sep 15 2007, 06:24 PM) Exactly. Last year there was the Calciocaos excuse. Can't wait to hear the one this year. no excuse's but the lack of transfer activity is symptomatic of italy as a whole not just us. all the big transfers in italy were players going out not coming in, and we did have the biggest transfer in italy all summer with Pato. so i do agree some things need a shack up but i just can't see why your so depresseing all the time...but that's just me you deal with it in your own way (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

By then the game is already gone, especially when you need to score not 1 but 2 goals. Exactly what I said. But we just wait and see if it's will be a pattern or our sub will play with more motivation. Of course we should have started much stronger, but it's still very early. QUOTE I think Carlo has shown where his priorities lie already this season and that is definately not the league imo. This time he had no choice. Some of the player really needed the rest. And we played just against Siena and this exactly the game where you should rotate. I blame our player who were sh!t when were given the firs team chance. QUOTE 4 points might not seem too much right now because we are still in week 3 but if Inter have a season like they did last season then those 4 points that we lost this early will make us lose grtound to early to catch up later on. Inter are not the same too. They lost 2 points already. In 7-8 league game we would see the general direction of the teams. QUOTE Imo, it's not about the coach, or the tactics or what class players we put out there today, but the motivation the 11 we have out there show, and for me apart from a couple none of them showed any of that except for the last 10 minutes when it was already too little too late to do anything about the result Agreed.

QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Sep 15 2007, 06:28 PM) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I'm going to give a more calm response to this than I usually do. There's an old theory that winning your home games and drawing your away games is enough to win you the league. Well, we've played 1 home game and 2 away games. That means to reach the target, we should be on 5 points, and we are. But, there's no kidding that it's a poor result, even away from home.
