It weren't that competitive. The top 3 were seperated by 20 points, with 10 point gaps between each! The middle of the table was fairly competetive though.

One should look at the championship as a whole not only the top 3/4 ... and as a whole it's a competitive league.

He was almost a done deal for Barcelona, and Liverpool was interested too.
