Don't forget Tonali as well.
Not sure about Diaz. I mean, in all honesty, he's been rather anonymous throughout most of the season, but the kid has talent and is a great utility player to have. It really depends on whether Paolo and co. will want to spend that 20M or not.
I think Tonali is already factored in since his loan is practically an obligation due to the 10m we paid upfront. How much do we have to pay for him? Totally forgot the numbers, I know we paid 10m for the loan. Can't remember the rest though

Caldara as well. All of them are (IMO) worthless to us and should be shipped off. Perhaps Conti could stay as a backup.
As for Diaz, I don't think he's what we need to be honest. Today he played a great game, but overall he is too inconsistent, tactically too uncordinated and he does not seem to fit into Pioli's system. I'd rather we spend the money on a true winger with quality.
Ugh! Forgot about Caldara as well. This is the problem with all these loans without obligations. Sure they're off your hands for a few months, but you're basically just lumping the problem for a later time.
I think we can recoup something from Conti and Caldara. But not anything decent. Some Serie A clubs will surely be interested
As for Diaz, he is a bit of a lightweight, but the raw talent in there. I think 20m would be fair as he does have a high ceiling and could get us good profit if he can develop his end product.
Plus I disagree tha he doesn't fit Pioli's system. He's quick, good with the ball at his feet, isn't afraid to press the opponent, can play one touch passes in tight areas. If he could improve on his final pass and finishing, he'd be a top player imo

Yes, exactly.
Btw whatever happened to Tonali? I mean today was the perfect time to send him in, but Pioli somehow preferred Krunić and Meite instead.
THIS though
One things Pioli has frustrated me to no end with. Tonali is practically our player, and yet he's giving minutes to Meite over him. We all know Meite is going back to Toro, so what's the point? Same thing with Hauge. Pioli prefers to give minutes to Samu and Diaz over him. And while I have been advocating for Diaz to stay, we don't know if that can happen, so if he goes back to Madrid, we're mostly developing Real's player now instead of our own. And we all know Samu is out this summer so again, what's the point?

Indeed. Krunic I can understand cos it's the same kind of move Carlo used to make with Ambrosini in order to hold on to the result (although Krunic is crap and not comparable to Ambro in his heyday), but Meite rather than Tonali didn't make much sense.
Anyway, it seems that Ibra's injury might not be that serious. Not sure when he can be available again. Saelemaekers also suspended for the Torino match, so we'll have to invent some stuff upfront. I'd go with Leao-Hakan-Diaz behind Rebic.
Honestly, Krunic is nothing like Ambro though. He's terrible defensively and adds nothing aside from a few heart stopping moments - for us that is.
Krunic must go this summer
One of the major factors for why we dipped so much after the winter break is exactly players like Krunic. This cannot be the level of players coming off the bench and rotating our starters if we want to seriously compete next season. Especially if we have to factor CL into the mix. Krunic, Samu, Dalot, Meite, etc. All bring with them a huge dip in quality when they replace the starters. It's why we've struggled so much these last few months with injuries and general fatigue setting in on the overused players. Aside from the obvious ST and LW starting positions that need to be filled this summer. We MUST find proper backups for our key players.
RB/LB - huge issues when either Theo or Calabria are out. Conti and Laxalt are coming back while Dalot will go back to Man U. We have to sell both of them and bring in 2 reliable players. Maybe not explosive players like Theo but players you can rely on
Kessie back up - We practically ran Kessie into the ground this season, I'm still astonished that he's basically stayed injury free all season. We have to find someone with similar characteristics
Hakan back up - We've tried many different variations here but a proper AM has to be brought in, most especially if we lose Hakan this summer, which would increase the problem tenfold.
