I coulda been a contender, I could've been somebody. sad.gif But Jack (of the pirating variety) beat me to it, while I was busy having lunch with friends. But anyway, the kid has a big chance to prove himself - even more so than last week. Seedorf would be crazy to start/play this game, and then the next at the weekend. It's going to be this or that.

biggrin.gif

Well sport mediaset has the exact line-up as we did against Napoli, except for Zambro and Yepes
kurtsimonw
Not looking forward to it. Think we'll go behind and pull it back late on. 1-1.
d'Arc.LP
Milan: Abbiati, Abate, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta, Nocerino, Van Bommel, Seedorf, Aquilani, Cassano, Pato

Udinese: Handanovic, Benatia, Danilo, Domizzi, Basta, Isla, Badu, Asamoah, Armero, Torje, Di Natale

Jack Bauer
Seedorf gonna pass out at half time with this third game in a row at a short time.
X-Offender
Of course, playing El Shaarawy is out of the question, eh Allegri? rolleyes.gif

He and Emanuelson are too fast and young.
Fillipo Simone
Okay, this is weird. I'm sure Seedorf will play a great match today, but - for the record - this really shouldn't be Seedorf's fault, but Allegri's.

It's Allegri's fault Seedorf will play a great match today?

It's Allegri who picked him again for the 3rd game in a row and it's not Seedorf's fault that Allegri doesn't trust El Shaarawi
acid911
No, I think Fillipo just sent out a disclaimer notice. laugh.gif tongue.gif In case, Seedorf has an off day - not unlike the 4-4 rout where he started it all by giving away the ball in the midfield, and also being responsible for another goal. Subsequently being booed by the fans. I'm sure he'll be much more composed today.

But I fear he'll probably be walking well before the 45 minutes. Or worse, injure himself if he starts again this week.

or Emanuelson...

But obviously true, I will blame Allegri if Seedorf fails today. I'm worried about our lack of pace in the team. Udinese are strong and we are likely to have huge trouble with their counters, just like against Napoli. Too many players of us are capable of losing possession too often, and too little players can keep up with our opponents, and also I question us being tactical aware enough to response well to it, we didn't do so against Napoli.

Indeed.

As for Emanuelson...well...I don't think we can do anything with that kind of player. I expect him to be involved into some kind of swap as early as January. He may be good but...he offers little for Milan's tactical system overall. He's a great player for smaller teams - he can fill many positions, neither of them in a superb way.
Boban10

han2503

Must be the Dida syndrome

Not really. wink.gif Abbiati likes to make one mistake - big or small - per match. That's just how he rolls. Whether it's a misplaced pass to an opposing player, a bad kick that lands nowhere, or this. What happened today is well, not out of the norm for our goalkeeper. That's one reason why he's never had a good time in the NT. Buffon is another.
anano1214
i HATE aleggri x-(

now we are like inter
Jack Bauer
So unlucky... We need to sacrifice a goat or something for football gods.
daj0
I am dissapointed... Milan have to relay on Seedorf... now that has to be a JOKE!
I mean hes playing good, not to complain against seedorf. Bu Milan - the board should have made some decent transfers so we can actually compete!
Now what happend... sold Pirlo and nows its Seedorf turn to shine again? Not good management in my opinion!
han2503
Abate close just before the whistle
CrazyMilanFan
Not much can be done by the coach with the amount of injuries we have... howler from abbaiti makes it even worse and dificult for us.... we ned luck firstof all and hope some one just shines and atleast gets a point....
Fillipo Simone
Is Nocerino playing? Seriously, Aquilani must be placed elsewhere. He's starting to disappear and all the pressure is left only to a Seedorf, who's under the circumstances playing very well.

And why are we complicating when getting into a shooting range chance? Seedorf did it, Cassano twice. In the end, the leave the ball to Nocerino, Bommel or Abate who's finish isn't exactly like Pato's.

We need Pippo in this one. But this is turning into a nightmare season for us.

Abbiati is just so laid back he may as well just lie down, shouldnt be first choice. I would play Amelia every time in front of abbiati, and that feels wierd for me to say as i have been a fan since he first played for us, but, i get same feeling from him as i did from Dida in the latter years and that is one of "im first choice, i dont need to work hard".

Team were playing ok, possession was ok, passing was quicker than the weekend but hell, this is a nightmare start to season. Hindsight is great, but we are paying for letting Paloschi go, Inzaghi on bench will have to come on sometime second half, probably get injured as well, its biting us letting our good youngsters go, merkel, paloschi, strasser.

Allegri really needs to grab the team by the neck, shake them about and get them out in second half fired up, if he is capable!
acid911
Agreed, Boban. cool.gif Paloschi probably is the unluckiest living thing this side of the pond. sad.gif I know, some people say he isn't anything speical. But hey, we could have used him right about now.
Fillipo Simone
Amelia isn't a good choice in my opinion. He's the same class keeper as Abbiati only with less experience and poorer reflexes. I don't rate him very much.

Yeah it is. But at one point, we gotta start picking up form and scoring points, or eventually the start will be become also the end.

Very true. sad.gif That point isn't too far away, to be brutally honest. Depending on how we perform today in the 2nd half, it could very well be two weeks from now. Playing catchup for 10-12 points lost isn't fun.
