All our CBs were rock solid and we have 3 excellent keepers,the wings were defensively pretty shabby although toward the end they did well.

I thought Boateng had a decent game considering it was his first and against Barca,had good touches and linked up well in attack,he's definitely in the mould of Seedorf.The midfield did get dominated by Barca though but it's Barca so it's alright lol...They pressed us really well

Pirlo still isn't at his best yet, but he's still the best mid we've got by a long shot. The penalty take was half hearted and he was really struggling in midfield, because of the way Barca pressed and the lack of movement from the players around him

Even when Pirlo got chances he blew it. I can think of a run Borri was making on the left that the normal Pirlo would have put on his toe, but instead he put it out of bounds. I seriously think he needs to be benched a game to wake him up.

Anyone else think Janku did ok?

I reckon we should keep him for depth.

As long as depth means 3rd string and a 3rd string salary.

I just love his hunger for the game - nobody wants it more than him. 37 is very rare age for a striker to keep playing at that level.
