Paloschi played the full 90 minutes and did score the first goal (a header from a corner kick).
From what I gather, he did quite well.

^^ Thanks for that, drizzt! Great picture!
I suspect young Alberto will be pleased with his rating from Gazzetta (picked up the print edition after Mass this morning). They gave him a 6.5 and congratulated him on his goal 'alla Inzaghi'.

He is very much like Inzaghi, and so needs to be brought back next season, or maybe a season after next

I don't know why but I didn't want him to go out on loan, even if that meant he would've matured much faster.

Young Alberto is playing today. Parma are playing against Albinoleffe, a game that had been postponed earlier.
It's 0-0 at halftime. Eurosport Italia is doing text commentary (in italian). No clue about any streams.

Paloschi scored 1 goal today when Parma played against Frosinone.
Parma 2 - 2 Frosinone
Paloschi could have been a hero but missed a chance that could have sealed the game for Parma.

I think he's scored what two, maybe. Either way it's good for him, and besides he's got twice as many than any of our players in the league. Go Paloschi!

Sep 23 2008, 10:35 PM
Yep, Go go Alberto!
I think, he will be nice sub to Inzaghi. I want not he repeated Boriello's story. He should be in squad next season.

I didn't quite want him to go, but now that he has, he should be back next year.

Agreed. I ever wanted him to stay and Boriello lieve)))
But now I see Marco is quite good and has nice chanses to play as he can from third attempt at Milan.

He is a really nice kid and I'm sure will be our next Inzaghi.

Too soon to tell about Borriello, but from what I've seen till now, the signs are good.

Forza Marco!

Yesterday I was watching parts of Ascoli-Parma of Serie B. that was when I began to wonder was sending him out on loan to a Serie B side the right thing??? he was on the pitch but rarely touched the ball, very little involved. he was way more influential in Milan, even when he came on as a substitute...

Interesting. The parma game I saw when I was in Italy was just the opposite: Paloschi was MOM for Parma, better even than Lucarelli who is by no means a poor striker.

He actually still has 2 goals from 11 matches, so while he's playing it's either that he comes on late, or is out of touch. I would love to follow his matches if I could and see how the kid's progressing.

If zd is right, then it's a tad worrying to be honest.

I didn't see the Ascoli game, no. Can't recall off the top of my head which game it was; it was in late August when I was in Italy. In that game, Paloschi was quite good. Perhaps the Ascoli game was a bad day at the office.
As for Parma itself, the club as a whole has only scored 18 goals (per their website). 2 out of 18 isn't spectacular but it's not a total disaster either.

So I think we can be pretty sure that Young Alberto will be starting Parma's game against Ancona tomorrow. Cristiano Lucarelli left training early and without permission and as a result, he wasn't even called up for the game.

Not sure if there's interest or whether streams are available, but Parma-Brescia is kicking off right now. Paloschi is starting.
It's being shown on RAI-international (for those who hunt out streams). This'll be the first time in a couple of months I've been able to watch Young Alberto.
EDIT: There's a female commentator doing play by play.
