If the players are lazy or not pulling their weight then carlo should either drop them or change them. Seeing as he's not doing that then he should get the extra 30%
And the 40% should be given to Galliani for backing carlo

Don't think that would be a good idea, Roma are playing a high pressure game and I don't think he can handle it. I would prefer Rino for Brocchi
