i know heard Hiddink might replace Mourinho looool this is great Mourinho will be without a job !!!
*

Mourinho won't stay at a club where he can't even choose the players he wants on the market. That's why Mourinho said he would never go to Madrid (in Florentino-Galacticos era).

Hiddink will fail there without a doubt. Hiddink or any other coach, just like what happened to Madrid.

I don't want him at inter. how can carlo compete with him?

He can't. If Inter sign Mourinho, he'll be the motivation and stability that is missing Inter.

And Moratti would give everything Mourinho wants, believe me. He won't do what Abramovich is doing right now.

Mourinho can't play his pragmatic football in Milan. I think even if he comes he must adjust to Milan, not Milan to him.

Perfectly said king.gif

If he does come, and that is exactly what he does (takes into consideration that he represents Milan), then I wouldnt mind him.

Sheva said he aint going to leave Chelscum , but i bet in a years time if it doesnt work out , he'll back go to Dynamo

You think his wife will want to go back to the Ukraine??

Sheva is living the high life right now, sure the football thing ain't working out, but I don't think he's sad when he is going to golf lessons every other weekend or going on Abrmovic's yacht rolleyes.gif

Carlo hasn't always been that way, during our CL and Scudetto winning seasons he was a master of making tactical adjustments to the team in the right time and wasn't afraid to be more adventurous to go for a win.

We know he is tactically capable but something has been holding him back especially this season.

For me the top 3 coaches are Mourinho with Carlo and Rijkaard at the same level.

As for Mourinho, he will most likely leave Chelsea after this season ends, and it won't be because he didn't manage to win anything (if that happens) but because he is someone that get's easily boared.

Now if he goes to Inter then we will have to worry, I have no doubt in my mind that he will give them the success they have been craving these past few decades.

As for Carlo and Mourinho going head to head, I think it would be pretty close.

Mourinho is a good coach, surely. But as said earlier, he's not a wizard. The only coach in the world who's almost a magician in Guus Hiddink, but that's another story.
Plus, I don't think that Moratti will buy every player Mourinho wants, and even if he does, look at Ballack. It was Mourinho wish to get him, and he plays like sh!t in England...

I'd say Abramovitsch wanted Sheva. About Ballack: Mourinho always said that he's untouchable, and in the summer Mourinho prevented a transfer of Becks to Chelski because he wanted Ballack. So it was his choice after all...

I don't think so. Simply because Mourinho doesn't like to buy 30 yo's... when he was in Porto he always bought 20-26 players. No more age than that.

That's why I'm sure that the last summer transfers were not Mourinho's idea.

I agree that something has been holding him back. I think it was his initial reluctance to switch from the 4-3-1-2 to something else. I guess in his defense he thought that maybe it was something to do with the players in the system, but he has realised to two goal scorers cannot combine as they often get in each others way. But switching to the 4-4-1-1 is abosolute genious in my opinion.

Look at it this way, Seedorf gets to do what he wants on the left, We put gourcuff on the right so he can roam to his hearts content, Pirlo and Gattuso go in the tradition central role, where Pirlo sweeps Gattuso cleans, and gattso gets the ball and passes it to pirlo who distributes those long passes to someone in a more advanced place on the pitch i.e. his typical playmaker position

Kaka is a goal scoring midfielder and a trequartista so with this he can provide for the striker or he can run about and has more freedom. With the striker it is more beneficial for whoever is playing as Gilardino was bought up by Parma as a lone striker so this is his accustomed role and no one can collide with him a la inzaghi. Gilardino and Kaka have been scoring more and Gourcuff being played more is helping his development, so i think everybody wins minus the other two strikers

Because Mourinho is a 4-4-2 diamond (4-3-1-2) fan and Ballack is the best for that position.

------Ballack
Lampard-Essien

You can put Joe Cole there too, but he's injuried.

I'm not convinced... He could have said so about Sheva too but he was benched, Ballack wasn't. And I don't think it's because Joe Cole is injured, Mourinho's played a flat midfield more than once this season and Ballack was still there!

I can't see why Abramovic would want Ballack anyway... but that is a different issue.

Exactly. I would assume that if Roman was going to demand for anyone to be a constant starter despite how terrible they are playing it qould be Sheva, not Ballack.

btw is Sheva injured? He wasn't even on the bench today against Wigan

Mourinho Reportedly Ready To Quit - At A Price

So, will Jose Mourinho be leaving Chelsea? The speculation that he might refuses to die down, and in the latest chapter of this saga the Portuguese tactician has reportedly offered to leave immediately - provided wealthy club owner pays him up the entire value of his unexpired contract.

zoom - galleria Mourinho renegotiated his contract in April 2005 and is understood to be paid an annual salary of £5.2 million, with performance bonuses of up to £2.5 million per season. On that basis, it would cost Abramovich more than £25 million to get Mourinho out now.

According to The Sunday Times, Chelsea held an emergency board meeting on Friday to discuss Mourinho's position, and during this meeting, chief executive Peter Kenyon is alleged to have asked all concerned to consider a resolution that will not undermine the club's quest for honours on the pitch this season.

Mourinho's agent is said to be already inviting offers from other clubs, with Real Madrid and Inter Milan apparently interested.

The man himself is keeping his distance from any negotiations, it is claimed. in order to ensure that he doesn't breach his contract and that the Chelsea board will have to pay him out.

The speculation now also includes the sensational possibility that Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard could follow Mourinho out of Stamford Bridge to wherever his boss decides to go.

As Lampard completes the third year of his existing deal with Chelsea this summer, he is eligible as a 28-year-old under Fifa transfer regulations to buy out his contract.

Apparently Lampard has not yet agreed to a new long-term contract at Chelsea worth £121,000 per week, and is said to be interested in playing in Spain.

Apparently Sheva trained with chelscum on friday with no problems, but mysteriously he has had an injury the next day ohmy.gif

I bet Sheva wishes he could turn the clock back wink.gif

And Abra has publicly stated that he had been trying to get Sheva to sign for the past three years ohmy.gif And we stood by and let it happen rolleyes.gif

Yeah, I’ve been hearing about the ‘mysterious calf injury a lot lately unsure.gif

About Abra, everybody knew that he wanted to sign him, what did you expect the club to do, ban him from seeing any of his Russian billionaire friends??

Sheva made his choice now he is paying the price (in footballing terms) cause from what I’ve been reading he seems to be slagging off in training and going for yacht rides with Abra and golf lessons instead of training. And this is one of the issues Mourinho has with him.

You probably know more about this since you’re from England and read more about this from more legit places since the stuff we get on the net is all distorted most of the time

Sheva right now is cashing in wink.gif He's not taking english lessons and hates the weather. Does he wish he never even went to Chelsea ?! Well Milan werent exactly gonna offer him a 100,000 pounds each week .. So he went to Chelsea, got on his lazy boy coach and started counting his benjamins cool.gif

That is all that is left .. So, Shevchenko is basically making real $$ by just sitting on his a$$ thinking of what to do next summer .. Pitty, he aint what he used to be
sad.gif

I dont know what motivation is left for him
