QUOTE (X-Offender @ May 10 2013, 01:51 AM) Gotta pull all the remaining energies and play this with our hearts. We can't let it all be decided in the last week, who knows what might happen! When have you known us to play with any heart this season? No matter the opponent or how important the game is, it's always the same soulless performance. The only time I saw any fighting spirit in us was against Barca. But like you said, we simply cannot afford to lose this just because we can recover in the other game. We can easily lose or draw against Siena so we can't lose the opportunity to close this thing ASAP

Probable line-up: Abbiati; De Sciglio, Mexes, Zapata, Constant; Flamini, Ambrosini, Muntari; Boateng, Balotelli, El Shaarawy.
Needless to say, that midfield is pure garbage.

Needless to say, that midfield is pure garbage. I seriously don't understand why he just doesn't play Constant in midfield... He's quick, a very good dribbler and has a good shot. DS would do much better filling in for him on the left rather than playing on the right anyway. And what's wrong with Abate? If he injured or suspended?

Well, to say he's a good shot is an overstatement. He's just not efficient enough, but under these circumstances, one would really expect Constant to start with Flamini and Ambrosini.

I think we've seen glimpses of it, obviously not many considering he's playing at LB, his shots though are certainly better than his crosses which are usually just plain bad

QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ May 12 2013, 04:18 PM) Yeah but then again, when it only comes to shots, Muntari's are even better. Gee, well, what have been reduced to. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cry.gif) Discussing shots from mediocre athletes, let alone footballers. Frings or Kroos and Gerrard these are not, rarely will players like Constant and Muntari be a constant (pun not intended) threat to the opponent goals, ever more rarely will they give the opposing keepers nightmares. Not a dig at anyone specifically, surely not you two, but if someone asked me whether we would be discussing and comparing shots of players like these two in a Roma match thread in 2007, boy, would I have been surprised. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Shows you what sort of a military team we have become in these past few years. Heck, let's dispose off Montolivo while we can and get another pair of legs if Allegeri stays another year.
