Give me some examples.In most times Allegri turned out to be true,I would say he has very good judgment,though I've criticized him in the past for playing our old guards,but that's been done by a lot of other coaches that came here.

Inzaghi - saved his *** against Real, should be appreciated much more
Sokratis - turned out to be awful, yet we invested much in him and I still have the feeling he deserved one more shot
Taiwo - also not adapting fast
El Shaarawy - needless to say

well Allegri seems to (over) emphasize the physical aspect of the game over the finer points of the game like skill, craft and creativity.
I have always hated Pirlo for being overrated rubbish. But even a hater like me can see many situations where he would be very helpful and even crucial. But he has almost no strength, zero speed and tires easily.
The same applies to Dinho. Both are hardly doing poorly where they are currently. Right now Pato's goals are the only thing keeping him on the team atm. When/if mr work rate Tevez comes AND scores Pato's days will become numbered by this short sighted small minded coach. To me a properly groomed Pato represents almost a decade long solution. Ibra and Tevez won't pass ten years.

Didn't hurt us a bit? Who's us here? It hurt me, and as far I as know, many Milan supporters were and still are hurt with the Pippo thing.

And how can you say it didn't hurt Milan? We could have at least won one or two more matches? I mean, with the same logic you could argue that not including Abbiati or Yepes wouldn't hurt us either.

Goddammit, this isn't an emotionless business transaction, it's football! I understand that Pippo can't be considered anything else then a bonus nowadays, but for god sake, it will make so many people happy see him play. While I don't give a damn about Emanuelson coming in and doing the "creative" job.

It didn't hurt us, i.e. the team in their objective of passing the group. I didn't mean emotionally. I agree that the Inzaghi situation could have been handled a bit more professionally, but the team wasn't damaged by it. True, people like yourself who are very attached to old glories will be upset, but the majority of Milan fans, after 3-4 years of total darkness, are very eager for new successes, and thus they are willing to "forgive" Allegri for overshadowing their former idol, as long as the team keeps producing results.

Allegri is proving to be awful at managing his human resources. Tactically he's meh but SUCKS at man management. The complete opposite of leo if you will and this is why neither can be considered great.

Again, agreed about Inzaghi. Sokratis, like Taiwo, had his fair share of chances and blew them away. Granting him one more shot would have led to nothing. El Shaarawy is only 18, and has in front of him four (and maybe soon five) champions. Impossible to grant him playing time. You know my feelings towards Ronaldinho, and personally, I think letting Pirlo go was a good thing.

I'm more concerned when Allegri plays people like Gattuso and Seedorf, then when he doesn't play people like Taiwo and Inzaghi.
