QUOTE (Dracoris @ Dec 3 2011, 12:58 AM) Robinho needs a Sports Psychologist. Robinho problem has becoming psychological he needs a sport psychologist help for reform or return to Santos in exchange for Ganso. Having said that, we need Tevez for some obvious reasons: Robinho not reliable finisher, Pato always injured; El Shewaary should be groom as a trequartista, playing him behind Ibra and Tevez will rock the world of football like NATO missiles.

Yeah, but ain't you a bit tired of Milan always opening as a redeemer card? I mean, I used to grow with the Milan that presented and promoted class, professionalism, sportsmanship and good relations overall in general. Nowadays this is hardly the case: senators like Inzaghi have been sided and pushed away harshly, while we opened our doors widely to problematic egocentric players who are the new faces of AC Milan. And the strategy is working - as we're winning. But, on the first sign of bigger problems, this could change.

@Fillipo Our line-up on Friday was alien to me, bar Ambrosini ... The face of Milan has changed within the span of two years. I do not appreciate the way our senior players are being treated, where a player like Inzaghi is being pushed towards the backdoor. Moreover, players like Seedorf are starting to receive the same treatment. In the end, I strongly disagree with this approach, had it been me to decide I would retire those seniors in a manner that compliments their service to this club (Noting that the seniors are only a handful now). But how can I criticize Allegri, when he has won the Scudetto in his first season. And as you said, we are winning, so there is little room for critics to point fingers. Having said that, a player like Maldini is surely missed (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The club can't force the seniors to retire. If they fail to realize their time is up that is not the clubs problem as most clubs would have just cut them by now. Seedorf, Inzaghi and the like have gotten renewal after renewal. AC Milan requires a high standard of play and unfortunately, despite anyone's best efforts, that standard of play drops after 33(ish). The Milan management has been more than accommodating to the wishes of the senatores. Being sad about their leaving and or deterioration is one thing. One thing that I can agree with. But don't take it out on the Management.
Milan has been a very successful redeemer card. You say that at the first sign of trouble it will (or could) fall apart. I would argue that the trouble has come already and nothing has fallen. Ibra has been red carded at least twice for stupid incidents. He caused a fight in training. He's even made some stupid statements to the press and he's still what I would call under control. The team's morale is higher with him. I don't see any signs as to why Tevez would be any different.
But that being said, if he comes, and is superior to other strikers, expect one to be sold. (Robinho? Pato?)

QUOTE (X-Offender @ Dec 4 2011, 07:44 PM) It's all so very ridiculous. After all the endless contract renewals and ***-licking we've given to our senators over the last few years, when any other club would have already disposed of them, there are still people who think we are mistreating and being disrespectful to them. Unbelievable. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) If will don't do away with these old senators we will never attain real success in terms of play. We must seperate feelings from this. Players will serve and surely leave one day, no player will play forever. We have parted way with many great players before even some in their prime;Van Basten, Shevy, Kaka and some other truly loyal soldiers that can no longer deliver. It's obvious Pippo weaker and tired legs can't deliver again and the team interest that is at stake should be consider first.
