Sounds good but why the hell would Chelsea want to loan him out at his age? He would just be another Crespo, I'm sure if he were to move then Chelsea have the sense to get a transfer fee for him.

I'm sure they will sign one, if not more out of Villa, Torres or Owen so surely they would be looking to sell Crespo and Sheva (if they want him to leave). I know Roman's rich but I'm sure he isn't dumb.

Point 1:

Yes, he did leave, but to have him back like I've said before at the right price I wouldn't say no to.

He left because of his wife, who wanted to live the London lifestyle, now she knows how $hit that really is (no offence Mike!). Yes he did kiss the Chelsea badge but he immediately after the game apologized to the AC Milan fans how many players would do that???

This guy is something else, or have you all forgot the goals, the assists, the runs, the skills, the pace, the effort and the heart Sheva contained and blatantly still does for Milan. I'm not saying I expect him to be treated like a king not for the first few months anyway until he proves himself to us again.

Point 2:

I think the main reason a lot of people are saying no to Sheva is because they want Ronaldinho in this team, the only major impact of having him in our team in my eyes is when you're down the pub with your mates you can say "yeah but we have Ronaldinho in our team". Someone was mentioning above about stars in Man United's team and how they rely on CR if we have Ronaldinho it will be like watching C.Ronaldo but an older/deteriorating version, we simply do not need this guy.

At first I thought wow Ronaldinho? That would be great, but when you look in reality if he does leave he will become the most expensive player in world football. We already have Kaka who's better than him (people unbiased would say that now), this would issue the message to Kaka yes you have scored 10 in 12 but we still want to sign the guy with the fancy name, great moral boost that would be.

We wouldn't be able to play the way we play with Ronaldinho in our side, we have a team of hard workers not one-trick show ponies and that's what makes Milan what Milan is! At this moment in time I wouldn't swap any of our midfielders, not even for one of the 2 Ronnies!

Berlusconi wants Sheva back

Milan President Silvio Berlusconi insists that he would be delighted to welcome back Andriy Shevchenko to the San Siro.

The Ukrainian quit the Rossoneri last summer when he joined Chelsea in a £30m deal, but the 30-year-old has had a difficult first season in the Premiership.

Although the striker recently committed his future to the Stamford Bridge outfit, rumours continue to claim that Sheva could be on the verge of a sensational Italian return.

“I am a Sheva fan,” the former Italian Prime Minister noted. “I would love him to come back and it would be a great signing for us.”

Milan had targeted Ronaldinho, but Berlusconi’s dreams of seeing the Brazilian with the Rossoneri jersey next season were shattered on Thursday after the player rubbished claims that he was leaving Barcelona.

Shevchenko’s return is therefore a possibility and Vice-President Adriano Galliani recently admitted that the club was willing to keep free a non-EU spot in their squad, while they waited to understand the Ukrainian’s future decisions.

Berlusconi was also inevitably questioned about next week’s Champions League Final with Liverpool in Athens.

“We must prove that we are stronger than bad luck, envy and injustice. If we will be able to do this, the Cup will be ours,” concluded the Via Turati chief.

Berlusconi has still not properly digested the outcome of the 2005 Final when Liverpool came from a 3-0 deficit to win the trophy on penalties.

Kaladze expects Sheva exit

Kakha Kaladze would not be surprised if his good friend Andrei Shevchenko quits Chelsea this summer.

Kaladze and the Ukraine international were team-mates at Milan prior to the striker's Blues switch at the start of last season.

Shevchenko has kept in regular touch with Kaladze and has given the impression that, after an indifferent campaign in England, he may be ready to move on.

The £30million capture netted just four goals in the Premiership amid talk of a divide in the dressing room and lack of support from Jose Mourinho.

"To do well at a new club you need help from your team-mates and I don't think the Chelsea team have helped Shevchenko at all," Kaladze told the Sun.

"Andrei and I are still friends. We speak a lot and he's not happy with what has happened this year.

"I am not sure what he is going to do this summer, but I don't think he wants to stay after a season like that and after the way the coach has behaved towards him."

Meanwhile, Kaladze has revealed he missed out on a move to The Blues back in 2005 as Milan were not interested in selling him.

"I spoke to Chelsea in 2005 and I wanted to go there," he continued. "But I still had a year left on my contract at Milan and they didn't want to sell me.

"Now I am really glad I stayed because a lot has changed for me and now I have the chance to play in the Champions League final."
