QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Mar 15 2011, 01:44 PM) *
I agree, it's a pact out of neccesity. But he should learn to behave and think about the team. The red card he got against Bari could cost us dearly, and it was obvious that he didn't even think what his actions might bring to us.

For now he's good, but as soon as a chance comes by to get another striker, I'd be happy to see him saying goodbye.

Obviously he didn't (think - at all). Since he was frustred... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

IMO he had little reason to be frustrated about. So okay, he isn't running well. So WHAT? FFS, Zlatan. What striker is running well every time?

Anyway, we can do without him, that's we benefit we have this season with Cassano, Robinho, Pato and Ibrahimovic all in our squad. Pato is a great CF. I am looking forward to see him being the main CF. I think Pato is as best in that position. Pato might shine vs Palermo (a lot). Cassano and/or Robinho and/or Boateng and/or Furby can all be great helpers for Pato.

This is a chance for Pato to finally shine not only against Palermo, but against Inter. If my memory serves me correct, he never was good in the derby before.

Kalac??? Are you high, Dracoris? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Also, Allegri will NEVER prefer Emanuelson to Gattuso. Here's how I'd play, if no injuries occur till the derby.

Abbiati
Abate - Nesta - T. Silva - Antonini
Gattuso - Pirlo - Boateng
Robinho
Pato - Cassano

We need Boateng in midfield as box-to-box, not as trequartista.

I think it'll be more like

Abbiati
Abate - Nesta - T. Silva - Zambro
Gattuso - Van Bommel - Pirlo
Boateng
Pato - Robinho/Cassano

Allegri prefered not to play Pirlo in front of the defense to free him more and play Ambro there. Van Bommel seems to be rated highly and played good lately so I don't think he'll bench him.
Also, playing all 3 attacking options will leave us with none good attacking player from the bench if thing won't go well. I think Allegri will prefer to keep one of Robinho/Cassano as a game changer opton.

I'm no Ibra fan, but I feel this whole thing is down to the "Everbody loves to hate Ibra" factor, the guy is going through a bad patch of form due to the fact that he's sweat blood out there for my team, we saw him throw up after a game, that does not make me ashamed, it makes me proud to have a player willing to go to those lengths.

Am I proud that he's a douch sometimes? Of course not, but every player has his less then sparkling moments. This ban will give Ibra the necassary time he's needed, to rest and regain his bearings, something that Allegri was not going to allow him at the rate he was going.

Why do you guys like to put words in my mouth? I mean is it for you to decide why I believe he is not suited for the Milan I've come to love? It's like if we had Poulsen and he had a great great season for us and sweated blood and and puked his guts out for us on the pitch... I would have the courtesy to appreciate that, just as I do Ibra, but I am not a fan of the player, his antics, his dirty ways, his face his attitude, his nasty approach in many occasions.

I find myself easily liking Boateng. Why? At least he looks committed to the team. He doesn't come out with interviews that reveal he wants the universe to revolve around him in Milan and how much he has a say in everything. Was Paolo Maldini the greatest defender that ever hit the face of the planet? Probably so. Did he ever take that title and abuse it? If anything, he always did the opposite. That's I fell in love with Milan. Otherwise many teams have and have had amazing quality footballers...

Normally, I'd agree with you. But I think we can't allow ourselves anymore the luxury of choosing the "gentleman" before the "footballer". We've been a mockery of a team for quite a few years now, and if I had the opportunity of having someone like Ibrahimovic in my team, I'd take it on the spot. It's about time we won something again! And Ibrahimovic is someone who wins you "stuff". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

A mockery? Are you serious? You're going way too far.

And yes, I'd also like to sign a "footballer" and even a "champion", but not all winners and footballers are dirtbags.

Who cares if he's a dirtbag? Zidane has always been a hot-blooded SOAB himself, but people never put that before his footballing skills. Same argument for Ibrahimovic. If he wins you games singlehandedly, then you should just STFU and bow before him.

And yes, we've been a mockery, if not worse. Don't try to minimize it.

Worse? What's worse? Who's made a mockery out of Milan? Hahaha I'm minimizing the evident mockery, yeah sure whatever (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

And the comparison with Zidane is out of line. Hot-head is one thing. Ibrahimovic is another.

Um, Milan 0-4 Inter or ManU 4-0 Milan last year? Fifth place in 2007/2008. Elimination three times in a row in the Champions League since the first knock out round? I could go on. Come on mate, we are AC Milan! We should be fighting every season for all trophies available. When have we done this in the last four years?

feel exactly the same bro. $hitlegri and his demon fury iHomo are slowly turning our beautiful club into printer. We're flops in the cl but somehow top of the league. We can't come back from a single goal down to win but Printer can snatch a victory from the jaws of defeat. We're wasting ti phenomenal talents in our team because of a horrendously unimaginative coach who is dedicated to 100% anti football and we have a new notoriously unsportsmanlike attitude!
