Not possible. There's an embargo going on between the big Serie A clubs and the rest for the TV rights, so we're not dealing with anyone at the moment, let alone meet them. And besides, I don't think we're after Zapata at all.

This is bullshit as well.

Hey now don't hate. Like I said, I just post what I see, I dont filter. So yes all of it could be bs or all of it could be true.

QUOTE (Zed.D @ Jun 12 2011, 04:25 PM) *
Fabregas' case is not about Barca needing him. he's a star, a great player and a product of their academy. his Spain teammates want him back, fans want him back, the club want him back.. and I think it's naive to think they cannot find a place for him in that team.

1. And they aren't covered in the area where Rossi and Sanchez play? Barca are actually well-covered in every area except the back four.

2. But would he mind him?

3. I doubt Rossi+Sanchez would cost Barca less than Fabregas.

4. Surely they can. it's not as if Cesc goes there and warms the bench. if he goes there it'd be for first team football. and considering his potential and his Barca background, I think Barca will well guarantee him that.

True, Milan don't have the money to buy Cesc and if we do that it'll be because of Silvio. but Cesc is not a star like Ronaldinho who's past it and can come rather cheap, nor can he be purchased like Zlatan in multiple installments. we have to fork over something like, what, 40 million and at once. what makes you think it's peanuts for Berlu and he'll gladly do it? he hasn't done it since forever (since Roi and Nesta to be exact!). and why should he, when there are cheaper options out there whose paychecks wouldn't be as fat as Fabregas'.

I can't see it happening. I think the fact that we're discussing it so seriously goes to show how sad we are...

EDIT: but I'll secretly keep on dreamin' about him (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Actually most transfers are done via installments ... It is the norm of the industry, no team pays 10MM or 20MM at one go.

The only advantage Barca would have over us is the taxation on player's salaries/income.

and film director Guardiola. He can make a "star" out of any upcoming young actor (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

@ R7

Installments over, like, 2-3 years? if yes, then what's so genius about Galliani and his Ibra deal?

Coz Ibra cost like 40 million+ and we were landing him in a year's time for nearly 50%. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) That was the genius. And 24 million spread across 4 years is a neat deal. Because you might expect something like a larger payment upfront..and then the rest split etc etc.

And Ibra cost us nothing!! This season he was on loan to us from Barca. If he'd flopped we could actually have sent him back. Probably looked rude..but hey..no money spent except his wages.

OK I got this, but I still don't understand what he meant by this:

Did Real pay us like that for Kaka, for example? I thought we got that money outright.

In Football Manager, I usualy pay via installments, but in real life, idk (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) . So, I'm also interested to know that.

I'm pretty sure we get it in installments. But sometimes the fact that this money is coming, might be used as a promissory note to furnish new loans I imagine.

I get it, but Zapata surely isn't our target. Maybe Asamoah once more, but Zapata - no. Why would we give any money, not alone 15 million, for a player we don't need? We're currently in negotiations with Astori (probably sell his other half to another club, if we get it) and Bonera recently stated he'll stay with Milan. So we're pretty much covered in that area.

Milan has a link with Eriksen of Ajax (mediaset), but his agent is denying any other Milan attempt.

I'd really like Drogba with us here, even if I know that he's aged. Beside him, Trezeguet is also mentioned.

Other then that, so many links or news related to Serie A.

Maybe longer than 2-3 years ... Most transfers are done through installments. But before any agreement is set, the buyer has to supply us with a letter of guarantee (ie bank guarantee for the full amount amount) for foreign clubs or in Italy receivables are protected via compensation provision mechanism of the 'National Professional Football Clubs League'. After that Madrid can choose to pay in 50 years ... It doesn't matter since we have a Letter of Guarantee that can be cashed in at anytime.

Well when we get a chance to read the pre-agreed contract between Barca and Milan, regarding Ibra, then we will know Galliani's Genius (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

- VAN BOMMEL: convincing Schweinsteiger to join Milan

- SCHWEINSTEIGER: would cost Milan 35-40m

- ERIKSEN AGENT: "Milan wants him"

EDIT:

Milan's newest target, Daniele De Rossi - link

Milan have chosen, Hamsik + Aquilani - link

So, Oddo's departure is coming closer. At least that burden will be lifted.

So, according to a Belgian football portal, Milan has a 4-year contract agreement with Alex Witsel. Only problem is Standard Liege.

Well, pretty much all (big) sales and transfers are done in installments. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) As R7 explained in detail above. Unless the said club is known as Manchester City, even them pretty much all multi-million transfers I have seen detailed were spread over installments of 3-5 years.

There's a difference? Half the time on this thread it seems there isn't.
