i'd take benzema, but he will have to prove to be mature to join our ranks, the compition between him and pato could be a high risk high reward as 2 selfish players up front don't often cause for creativity

Milan Linked With Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos - Report

QUOTE
Milan have rekindled their interest in Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos, reports AS.

Ramos is currently in talks with Real over a contract extension to his current 2013 deal, but the club have deferred a decision because he is asking for €6million per annum.

Milan are now said to be making enquiries into his availability for next season should he fail to reach an agreement with Real over a new deal.

But voices in Italy are scepitcal as to whether a serious move for Ramos will take flight.

The Rossoneri are looking to retrench during the summer transfer market, suggesting big money moves are less than likely.

Benzema is so over-rated, no thanks. I'd rather keep Huntelaar.

The 23-year-old Spain international is apparently seen as the long-term successor to Paolo Maldini"
He is linked with Milan and It might happen..
And
there have been claims that Milan might use Klaas-Jan Huntelaar as collateral in any bid for Dzeko.
the rossoneri face significant competition from Chelsea and Bayern Munich in the race for his signature.
And Benzema is great, but I belive that he will be kinda useless.

in LOL news, we have placed a 10M bid on betis' pedro leon. i hope this is as false as it sounds, 10M+ would get us Drenthe, or an pacey AM like Wijnaldum. (and yes i don't mind a dutch milan, it worked well last time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) )

EDIT: as per sportsmediaset

I'm not as convinced about Wijnaldum's prospect as Fer's. (Fer also plays for Feyenoord - as DM though.) About Drenthe: I hope we can get a better left wingback than he - defensive liability.

no, what i'm saying is his bad rep as a defender drops his price, but in serie A, he'd be more of a winger type player. Or a box to box mid that can actually run(!!!), something only Abate, Pato and antonini seam to be able to do

In our 4-3-3, we should not want to play Abate nor Drenthe in a 3 man midfield. But are attacking too weak to be a forward winger, and Drenthe is also too weak defensively to play as leftback.

Now, if we played 4-4-2. That's a midfield which will fit for players like Drenthe and Abate.

I heard about Milan making a bid for young striker Romelu Lukaku, He is 16 and I think that he would be great for our team. I think the striker is talented because he scored 15 goals out of the 27 played and he is the best choice because he is young.

I also heard that Milan will extend Ronaldhino's contract, I think it would be great if he likes to stay and play for out team then we would have a midfielder that can create chances of goals with Pato and Seedorf.

If we have those two players playing for our team then we would have the strikers needed and would only need to focus on getting the problem on defense fixed.

I think Sergio Ramos to milan will not happen because its one of those dreaming on players that are out of our reach like Rooney or Messi.

Also, Mediaset's reporting that Tuttosport reports that Dida met with dirtyrottenscouser officials and that he may be going scouse at the end of the season.

God forbid. It's like the '06 Barca rumors all over again. Besides, why relocate to a (crap) English club so late in his career just to be a backup?

So, the journalists in Italy must be bored today. Two not especially believable rumors on tuttomercatoweb today:

1. Milan are in talks with Lippi to take over next year. Lippi may just do it but he wants Milan to buy Buffon before he'll agree.

2. Milan are looking to buy Montolivo from Fiorentina.

1. As good as Lippi is - I find him to be too stubborn... any other options?

If... and i mean 'IF' Milan decide to attempt to properly rejuvenate the side and get rid of dead weight I wouldn't fuss over keeping Leo. Although an experienced coach is always good too.

2. As good as it sounds, I won't get my hopes up at all. Not like Milan has much strength in the market anymore (judging on the more recent years gone by)
