So today's training has taken place.
After warmups the team divided into groups.
Maldini, Pato, Emerson, Jankulovski, Flamini, Bonera e Cardacio worked on repetitions in the sand pit. Antonini, Favalli e Seedorf worked on variations of rhythm. Ambrosini, Mattioni, Ronaldinho e Zambrotta worked on specific exercises in the gym Thiago Silva, Nesta e Pirlo did sprints.
After this, the team reunited (except Ronaldinho, Pirlo, Pato and Zambro) for a ball possession drill and a 7 on 7 mini game.
Kaka worked in the gym and Borriello and Gattuso worked on rehab drills.

QUOTE (MizNelson @ Feb 11 2009, 09:48 AM) Was "Inter" not capitalized in the thread title on purpose? Yeah. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) inter have a long way to go before they earn that right to have it capitalized. QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Feb 11 2009, 10:24 AM) Whaddya think? It's the master of grammear and cosmopolitan...you think he makes mistakes?? Now you're learning. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/devil.gif) QUOTE (KillerMax @ Feb 11 2009, 10:32 AM) All the time, but that's another story. Exactly. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) QUOTE (Jack Sparrow @ Feb 11 2009, 10:46 AM) I'd like to hear that some day. Maybe I should invite you for some well-mannered green tea party, me and you? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) QUOTE (CrazyMilanFan @ Feb 11 2009, 08:04 PM) i think we can sack our rehab staff bczo borriello wil have enough experience to help everyone else with rehab (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Quote of the funking month!

R80 should get his chance to play at derby according to his appearance in Brazil vs Italy match...

QUOTE (Tennie @ Feb 12 2009, 11:18 PM) Gosh, the sarcasm and snarkiness is out early this week. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) If you're referring to me I actually meant what I said. I believe we will do it! (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) QUOTE (I_Rossoneri @ Feb 13 2009, 12:37 AM) As soon as he realises he hasn't got his Brazil shirt on his performance will drop (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) You'll never like this guy will you? You probably remember I was objecting to his transfer but now he's a Milan player and while I still don't like him as a man very much, I think he can do great especially next to Kaka. I surely believe those two can play together and produce miracles. You are right no your criticism though I agree that even if he has scored important goals, his displays have been mediocre. I think he'll get better though and next season he'll be back 100%!

It's not that I don't lie him, it's just that he's come here all glitz and glamour and just hasn't impressed me with his onfield play. Take away his freekicks(which have been excellent) and there isn't much left. I also think that because of him the club were willing to sell Ricky, even after all he has done for us! I would rather have someone like Becks who is prepared to work rather than R80 who just likes to look good.

I wasn't referring to you, dst. (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I think we can pull a win too.
