QUOTE (zdrossoneri @ Nov 6 2008, 10:16 PM) And he plays him where there's less chance of him to shine (I guess wrong grammar (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) ). as a F winger! to make him look useless! Pato must be what he was in Internacional. a striker (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Sometimes I just don't understand Carlo, he used to pull this same type of sh!t for Yoann also. Either playing him in high pressure games in the CL knock outs almost waiting for him to choke. Or he plays him in the Coppa with the primavera's.

I smell the draw coming from a mile away, we're never going to score playing like this

Has anyone who's currently enjoying the pillorying of our coach recalled that we've got a league game on the weekend, that key players (ie, Kaka who wasn't even called up) are deliberately being rested for said league game, and that the scudetto is the team's stated priority this season? Nobody should be surprised that we started a funny looking team with no trequartistas.

Nobody should be surprised that we started a funny looking team with no trequartistas. I had no problem with resting Seedorf and Dinho. But why put them in after more then 60 minutes have gone? He should have made the changes at half time. Now there isn't enough time for them to make such a difference. Also playing Sheva and Pato out wide instead of one of them dropping deep was another big mistake, we had something like 30 yards between out midfield and attack. It was never going to work

QUOTE (MizNelson @ Nov 6 2008, 10:20 PM) We can't even beat a midtable Portuguese team, for God's sake. Not with Pippo and Sheva not being able to hit the broad side of a barn. To be fair it's not their fault, both Sheva and Pato were reduced to shooting from miles wide out from their wings, that's how retarded the tactics were, Pippo had the only clearcut chance out there but it was wasted. This one falls down to Carlo, who doesn't know how to play a system that isn't his usual one (4-3-1-2/4-3-2-1). He's not flexible and that is why we suffer so much when we have to rotate the team. Just as I'm typing this Braga very, very, very unlucky not to score

OHH!!
Sheva cuts the ball across an empty goal. But Pippo cannot reach it. Great ball from Seedorf and a strong run from Sheva to reach the ball
