My thought, Kurt, was 'gee, lower division teams do sometimes beat Premiership clubs in this competition so it isn't a surprise'. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Do Villa play MU again this year?

Wigan are the most in-form team in the Premier League as it happens, putting them 7th in the league. Birmingham City clearly made the right decision is letting Steve Bruce go to Wigan.. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Strangely, we didn't draw them! We're live on ITV away to Gillingham on Sunday morning, they obviously think there's a chance of an upset. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

No, I was just letting everyone know of the more interesting games. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

If we go out in the 3rd round AGAIN, I might actually cry.

A couple of results of note from today's FA Cup games:

Chelsea 1 - 1 Southend (So they have to do a second game at Southend's stadium)
Man City 0 - 3 Nottingham Forest (why would any top level player want to come to this club? they're not playing in europe next year and at this point may not even be in the Premiership. OTOH, good to see Forest back playing well.)

He's a LB, right?

That's what City was missing all the time. I agree, good catch.

The FA Cup games today.

Southampton 0-3 United. Scholes or Ronaldo not even in squad, Rooney on bench and they looked fantastic to be honest, very impressive win.

Gillingham 1-2 Villa. We deserved the win, but they played well and scored an excellent goal. 2 goals from Milner, including a late penalty to win the game puts us through.

Some interesting ties in th 4th round draw.
-United vs Spurs
-Liverpool vs Everton
-Derby vs Nott'm Forest

I hope they'll keep their form on the championship. They must win it since Chelsea are incapable of doing it! Go United!!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/devil.gif)

Do you know why chelsea aren't incapable of winning it, because of games like chelsea vs arsenal and chelsea vs liverpool. We went ahead against arsenal, referee let van persie score an offside goal which changed the momentum of the whole game. 3 Points wasted by the ref. Against liverpool, Xabi Alonso scored with an ugly deflected shot early in the match, and liverpool defended with 10 players. another 3 points wasted. Add these, and we'll be top. Same thing last season. Chelsea vs Blackburn (Jose Mourinho's last premier league game), Kalou scored a perfectly clear goal. But for some reason linesman called it an offside. if it wasn't from this, we'd come into the last game of the season on top, and things could have been alot diffrent. And even in the CL Final, we hit the post 2 times (Drogba and Lampard), we should have gotten a penalty, and drogba was sent off, when clearly, it was either tevez or vidic that should have been sent off. It doesn't finish here, penalty shoot-out, captain john terry slipped, and we lost.

Luck has been against us all this time, and i hope something will happen to change this. Cause we deserve to be champions. And by the way, i'd prefer united winning it again this season, rather than liverpool winning.

I'd rather see Aston Villa win it, to be honest .. Not only because Kurt is a fan, but also because they have proven they have balls and will tussle with anyone in the EPL. Anyways, yeah anyteam but Liverpool (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
