QUOTE (Tennie @ May 4 2008, 09:55 AM)
So do  I, Han. I'd really like to see the ragazzi beat the merda.

I lurked on a merda board last night to see what their feelings on the match were. While some were predicting a 4-1 win for them, there were others who were worried about the leaky state of the merda defense (?!) and the fact that they felt Milan were on form. Overall, they thought that the merda would win, but there were doubters.
*

Well personally I do think that we're in better form then they are, as for the defence, I'm more worried about our's then their's. We've been leaking a goal in every game for the last few months, while they've been scraping through games thatnks to their defence.

So right now I think it's up in the air, while they have been struggling to score without Zlatan but still manageing to win because their defence has been playing well. Our situation is completely different since Kaka, Seedorf and Pippo have been on fire but our defence has been really poor.

Pato... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

You're going to regret it, Carlo!! I can already see Carlo trying to do something by desperately fielding Pato in the 2nd half (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

I believe the team will give their all but I'm afraid it's not enough. tbh I'd be very happy with a draw...
*

A single goal separates a draw and a win. And if you go in with the right mindset that goal can always come. It's just a matter of believing, which as you mentioned, should be in no short supply in the team.

We have a better tactical XI than Inter (and have for some time) and they know that. For some weired reasons the last few derbies have been decided in the mind. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I can't do with a draw - even if Fiorentina loses, we'd still be two behind with two games to play. And that's not at all comfortable. Go all out for the win, lads! As our resident Sheik said, 6-0 or nothing. We should have played 4312... but that's Carlo... superdefensive all the time...

got what you meant!

i though you wanted to start with pato instead of inzaghi...

perhaps he wants to look what the game goes before he starts too offensive. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Definitely. our problem in th last few derbies, aside from lack of depth and having a few oldmans, has been psychological and I'm still not convinced if it's solved... I think our first XI is as good as theirs... but look at how Cambiasso and Gattuso have been performing for Inter and Milan respectively... being on the top for two years has surely given them the confidence they lacked in the last 15 years...
