I think Paloschi needs to decide soon, whether he's going to be a goal poacher or a targetman...and work towards it.

He needs to improve his off the ball runs a lot, and of course touch is something you can always improve.

lol relax it takes time. Hes not gifted like pato so he'll take a few years but hes got potential. This year i'm gonna say he'll score 10 goals.

If he's supposed to remain a Milan player then I hope he doesn't leave on loan, or co-ownership ****. he can be Milan's first one-club man since God.

Tsk. Naughty word removed.

Milan young gun Alberto Paloschi could be on his way to Serie B hopefuls Bari on a season loan.

The Italian Under-19 international made a name for himself on the senior stage when he scored within seconds of taking to the field in his debut against Siena last season.

But with the arrival of Ronaldinho and Marco Borriello, Paloschi isn’t likely to play a significant role in the coming campaign and is set to be sent out to gain experience.

“I have asked Milan for Paloschi,” Bari sporting director Giorgio Perinetti confirmed. “The player’s agent agrees and now it is down to the Rossoneri.”

Paloschi has stressed his delight at wearing the Diavolo shirt, but he is ready to accept a spell in the Second Division if it helps his development.

“The only thing that matters to me is growing physically and technically,” the 18-year-old insisted.

“Whether I stay with Milan or go somewhere else, that is all I will be thinking about. I know that the club will find the right solution for me.”

Bari would be a good club to join with Antonio Conte as manager they started to play some good football towards the end of last season. Lanzafame was there last year and earned a move to Palermo off the back of his performances.

+1. Now only if they kept him in Milan. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) With the continuous injury crisis we have with our strikers, he's bound to learn more than if he went to another club as 2nd or 3rd choice striker.

I think he's gonna stay and I think staying at Milan can actually be great for his development. He'll get first team football... and with all these young players, the people who bash our team for being too old won't have any ground to stand on. I personally think Paloschi could be the next Inzaghi...

His talent hasn't impressed me as say a Bojan or Aguero but he could certainly learn from the galaxy of stars around him.....it would have been great if he could watch Ronaldo's approach to goalscoring as well. If he is going to be a pure finisher like RVN, Trez or Pippo his decisions and shot selection has to increase exponentially......at present he's getting off great shots on target. His placement of these shots leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully he'll learn to roll the ball into the far corner and blast it at near post like Aguero (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Would Paloschi be happy to play 3 or 4 Coppa matches this season? I don't think so.

Perhaps because he hasn't the same amount of playing time as Bojan and Aguero, and just turned 18 just a while ago. Give the kid a break. Do you even know what kind of goalscorer Paloschi is? He's closer to Inzaghi... not Ronaldo. He's a poacher and he's just 18 years old. He was in the primavera team not too long ago.

Paloschi is not as good as Pato that's for sure... but he's on his way to being like Inzaghi.

And are you bloody kidding me? We didn't get along before and you had to show here just to harass me some more?

*snipsnip* edit made

Portikins, He could get a lot of competitive playing time considering our injury crisis... not just Coppa Italia matches. Even if Pato and Ronaldinho come back. Inzaghi won't play as much as he used to.

I think people should consider what they post before they post and think carefully.

Edit: Toned Down a tad.

He gave some valid points, like his shot selection. Pretty much every shot he hit against Man City, Joe Hart didn't need to move to sve it, they were right at him.

And he isn't as good as Bojan or Aguero, and never will be in my opinion, I feel they're just far superior. That's no criticism of Paloschi at all, it's like saying Seedorf isn't as good as Kaka', it doesn't mean he's bad.

I think his criticism is unfair and frankly inappropriate. Lets face it. The kid has had to play tons of matches (more than any of the Man City or Milan players). He was in a major tournament.

That's your opinion. I think if Paloschi develops more he will be better than Bojan. I think Bojan is a tad bit overrated, but then again I don't have a high opinion of Barcelona so that may impact my opinion.

Sorry If I offended you this is a new forum and we should all be (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grouphugg.gif)

Anyway when I spoke about Ronaldo I simply meant that there are aspects of being a striker that ANY young player could learn from him. Ronaldo is versed in almost all arts of striking...because even though he would be remembered for his Ronaldinho-like performances at Barca and Inter (actually he was >>>Ronaldinho)- he was a better RVN striker than....well RVN (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) at Real Brazil and Milan. So Paloschi might not pick up the art of picking up the ball from half field and running to goal....but he might learn how to place his shots better for instance.....It would be invaluable in actually turning him into the next Inzaghi.

Now wait a minute,... First say, why do you think Bojan is better then Palsochi? Have you ever seen him play in a barca formation like this for exmaple: Valdes- Oleguer, Marquez, Edmilson, Sylvinho - Yaya, Xavi, Busquets, Guðjohnsen, Zambrotta - Bojan? Or did you see him only play amongst Ronaldinho, Deco, Iniesta, Messi,.. cause it aint the same.

Secondly, if you base your statement on his ratio or appearences I agree. But saying he never will be better then Bojan and Aguero is...just a prediction like me saying Inter won't win anything in the next 20 years. It's just not founded.

IMO Paloschi is a old-fashioned italian striker, who will develop until his 24-25 year and reach his peak at let's say 28. Like the 80'ties strikers did. And he never will get the hype Bojan did get, on that I'm sure. He's just very much different.

I just think he has alot more talent. Right now Paloschi is not in the same league as Bojan, and I don't think he ever will be. It's like trying to say Pippo is say.. better than a guy like Raul. He never has been and never will be, they're both World class at what they do, but Pippo in terms of football ability is very average, while Raul is superb.

Now, it's my opinion, that's all. Like I don't think Liverpool will win the league title for at least another 10 years, or I don't think Carlo will win another major trophy as Milan manager, or that Nani will never be as good as Ronaldo. They're just opinions, that's all. And besides, if you think me saying "Paloschi will never be as good as Bojan" is 'wrong' to say, IF you disagree with it, you're essentially saying "Paloshchi WILL be as good as Bojan" which is just as wrong and unfounded as my opinion.

I think Paloschi will be a good striker in the future, but better than Bojan? I don't think so. Hype doesn't mean anything, if anything it's a disadvantage for Bojan since he has alot more pressure, but I still think he'll be a better player, that's all.

Why are we comparing Bojan and Paloschi anyway? They're different sorts of players.
