England 5-1 Croatia.
Not good enough, ****, over-rated, shouldn't be top 10 in the World, travesty that we've qualified for South Africa, bla, blah, blah.

FIshdoll notes very belatedly to Habitant that Giovinco is hurt and therefore not able to play.
Looks like I WILL stay up late to watch the replay of the Italy game. For once they played decently.

If you can skip all the parts where Iaquinta touches the ball, its (IMG: style_emoticons/default/puke.gif) inducing. The only good thing he did was the goal, and it was Gila's pass that really put him in the great position to score

Haha. I'll mix Fishdoll more martinis while Iaquinta has the ball, how about that? So aside from him sucking, did anyone do particularly well or particularly bad?

So aside from him sucking, did anyone do particularly well or particularly bad? Pirlo was amazing. Let's hope this is him picking up form and bringing it to Livorno with him on Sunday. Fullbacks were very solid, Zambro like usual didn't offer much going forward but was rock solid in defence, Gila was playing sum great hold up play, some really classy passes and touches, Marchionni was so and so, some bursts here and there, De Rossi, rock solid as usual. Buffon was great, Camo, wasn't very impressive, Iaquinta did one good thing and squandered all the chances that were practically fed to him in golden spoons from Pirlo. QUOTE (Zed.D @ Sep 9 2009, 10:54 PM) No France, no World Cup. FACT (IMG: style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Isn't that a FACT? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/puke.gif) +infinity. he's a joke. Her music? does she even write her songs? (IMG: style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) she has a strong voice but I can't listen to it. it's stressful! The Fenchies are arrogant pr!cks, I would love to have a WC without these b!tchy whiners ruining everything for everyone. I would almost enjoy it as much as I enjoyed seeing England stay back hom in the Euros, almost... It is a fact but some people don't know this, but I'm sure that you only know this because of your Celine Dion obsession. And Let's not try to hide it its out, deal with it!!! QUOTE (Zed.D @ Sep 9 2009, 10:54 PM) Han you remind of that kid in your avator; are you drunk or something (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) No, don't try to hide what you are, be proud!! And don't try to make me forget that intimate conversation we had through PM about your love for Celine, Cher, Madona and Mariah Carrey

QUOTE (Zed.D @ Sep 9 2009, 11:01 PM) (IMG: style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) Is the writer too excited to see Azzurri score 2 goals or was it really THAT good? anyone's got a link to it? It was a very clean cut well played game, no mistakes, kept possession easily, scored 2 great team goals. Kept a clean sheet, it was really great to finally see a good Azzurri match, my only frustration was Iaquinta as my mind is still baffled as to why such a mediocre player can ever get anywhere near a NT team shirt, especially concidering that that NT is the current World champ and has G.Rossi on the bench

I love everything French [except their NT] so I'm a little offended by all these "French are arrogant cunts" (IMG: style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I want their NT in the World Cup because the likes of Henry, Gourcuff, etc. deserve to play in the World Cup. besides, wouldn't it be nicer to see them fail in the World Cup rather than the qualifying games? Buffon- 9: Did not have too much to do on the whole, but at 1-0 Buffon produced a contender for save of the year with a simply impossible stop from Stilian Petrov. That save alone earns Buffon a 9.

QUOTE (Milan Are Brilliant @ Sep 9 2009, 10:45 PM) Quality coach, finally getting something out of these players. I will put some of it down to Capello. He has the team working well. He's also the only manager in a while that has us playing the way we should be, like an EPL side. We just break so quickly, our midfielders are flying into the box to get onto the end of things. We started off very dull in the Capello era, he tried to make us play a continental ball-retention type way and it didn't work. Credit for him to dropping it and playing to the players strengths. P.S. Are Italy in the World Cup for certain now, or do they still need a few more points? P.P.S Anyone got a video of the wondersave?

I think they need one more game as there's only a 4 point spread between Italy and second place (Ireland?). Just saw the wonder save on the news and it was amazing -- but did the ball cross the line? A little hard to say.
