QUOTE (Nova @ Jun 28 2008, 10:04 PM) Seedorf should not think about himself and more about Milan as a whole. So what IF he should lose his place to R10 , then its up to him to earn it back again. A little competition wont do you harm (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) I think we're all used to Seedorf by now. Personally I don't know why anyone here thinks he's going to lose his place since Carlo himself already said that if R10 were to be signed Seedorf would be push back into central midfield

QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jun 28 2008, 11:46 PM) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) No waaaayyy! This show pretty much introduced Megan Fox to the masses... so it would be great even if it was not funny! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Besides, Sheen is a favorite of mine ever since I watched the Hot Shots! movies... there are many ridiculous films out there but there are not many films that are so ridiculous it becomes funny! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jun 28 2008, 11:46 PM) That's the point mate! QUOTE (zdrossoneri @ Jun 28 2008, 11:53 PM) At their peak, Ronaldinho = 10 Seedorfs There are no such differences at this level. But yeah at their best Ronaldinho is twice as good as Seedorf and this is a huge difference when you're so close to the top. QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jun 29 2008, 12:05 AM) But why haven't Barca been able to get the best out of him? Cause that's what they do.

QUOTE (dst @ Jun 29 2008, 05:19 AM) There are no such differences at this level. But yeah at their best Ronaldinho is twice as good as Seedorf and this is a huge difference when you're so close to the top. I'm still not so sure. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Even though I'm not Seedorf's biggest fan, but at his absolute peak (both when he's on form and in mood), there is no one like him as far as a midfield is concerned. He can do things other only dream of. Ronaldinho is an all-dandy player when on song - and on paper better than our Turtle, any given Sunday - but twice he is not. He's sort of unique, while R10 is just plain better, of course. Bayern Munich away (that assist to Inzaghi) and last year's mauling of Manchester, anyone? (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) And who can forget his super goal in Real Madrid. Can't say I'll miss him much, but he was one hell of a force to have prowling in the midfield. Still is, as of yet.

Imagine a 4-2-3-1 formation of this line up Boruc; Zambrotta, nesta, Kaladze, Jankoluvski; Flamini, Pirlo; Seedorf, Kaka, Ronaldinho; Pato or better yet Adebayor (Boriello)..Now that's danger..

QUOTE 29/06/2008 10:01 Adebayor: I'll Play Like Henry When I'm Paid Like Henry
Emmanuel Adebayor has elaborated on his Arsenal ultimatum, insisting he will only stay if the club pays him as much as they paid Thierry Henry…
It was revealed earlier this week that Adebayor is demanding a whopping 400 per cent pay-rise, which would see his weekly wage increase from ₤30,000 to ₤120,000.
The Togolese striker has rejected the Gunners’ ₤60,000 compromise and appears to be edging ever close to an Emirates exit this summer, as the higher-ups are losing patience.
The 24-year-old believes he deserves to be paid as much as former team-mate Henry was, insisting it is a logical quandary as much as anything.
“People ask if I’m asking for the same salary as Henry,†he told News of the World. “That is not necessarily the question.
“But I am being considered a worthy replacement for Henry while not deserving his salary. The question lies on this level.
“Either Arsenal give me what I want and I stay or they don’t and I leave.â€
Barca Bound?
AC Milan and Barcelona are both hot on Adebayor’s heels, and it believed they would have to pay over ₤30million to snare their man.
Barca have taken the biggest strides so far, having sent officials to London recently to open negotiations.
It was originally thought the former Monaco man would prefer a move to San Siro to link up with ex-Gunner Mathieu Flamini, but he hinted that Camp Nou in fact holds the greater attraction.
“Milan are a big club but the fact they are not playing in the Champions League next season is less of a challenge,†Adebayor said.
“Barcelona have made a good financial offer. Yes, I am still under contract to Arsenal but it’s up to the directors to satisfy my demands. Otherwise, I’ll leave.
“You have to take advantage of the moment. Why not go to Barcelona if the manager there already has me in his plans? That means there is a big chance of seeing me there.†Nice how he served us off in just one sentence. Great! We really don't need that kind off ego around. Let's go join Barca and cash your 120.000 per week..

QUOTE (armisse @ Jun 29 2008, 04:02 PM) This tall building needs money for his mechanical equipments !!!! he doesnt understand differences between Milan and Barzelona ! (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Technically he isn't very tall either. There are taller strikers around. But yeah, we'd be better off who'd actually makes us money (R10 sells lots of stuff, and I'd rather have him in Serie A than not), and won't cost an arm and a leg to boot. The Ronaldinho gamble seems worth taking as of right now. QUOTE (kurtsimonw @ Jun 29 2008, 04:12 PM) If he's saying he wants that amount of money to stay at Arsenal, there's no reason to say he won't want that at Milan. And I don't see this club being held to ransom by him, it's not like he's even a proven player yet, one good season! That's what I've been saying all summer. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) The kid is 24, and had one good season. We don't know what his inspirations are; haven't seen where his heart and priorities lie. For now, it's all about the money, which frankly does nothing to build Ade's image in my eyes. There are better and humbler hitmen out there. We already have our big mouth in Seedorf, no point in getting a couple of them.
