He'd be insane to move to the EPL. That's like terminating his career. What a waste that would be..

Why do you think that?

QUOTE (Tennie @ May 23 2008, 09:13 PM)
Wonder if we could include Digao, Grimi, and $$$ for Veloso or Moutinho.....
*

That would be a smart move!

Veloso is probably going England like almost every young top player in Portugal now. Moutinho I dunno.

But Sporting ask at least 20M/euros for each one.

Digao to Sporting sounds good, he needs experience

What he needs is talent. He is only in the squad because of Ricky.

Why? Hmh, well, if you see Robinho you have to notice that's all about his speed, dribble and skill. But he's too fragile. Maybe it's not the EPL with Martin Keown, Tony Adams, Ugo Ehiogu and guys like them, but...it still is a rough league not suitable for Robinho IMO. He's lucky to be in Spain were he can pull his tricks off and still stand on both feets. A move to England...and I'm not so sure any more..

Yup. Gilardino is a Fiorentina player. 14M/euros (-10 of what we paid for him).

It's going to be official next week.

^^ Gila has also apparently agreed in a reduction of his salary as part of the deal. This one seems to be, as Morgoth says, pretty much done.

Also in today's news, apparently Eto'o was part of the discussions Galliani had with Laporta yesterday.

Tennie... Eto'o won't join Ronaldinho's-next-club. Plus he likes to play the CL.

I don't particularly care. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'm just reporting what's being rumored in the Italian press.

We have no idea how good he is. A loan would give us a better indication

In other news i have a sneaking suspicion that Borriello would be brought in to Replace Gila when/if he (probably) leaves

The highly rated 18 years old centre midfielder Miralem Pjanic (Metz) is probably going to join Lyon in the following days reports claim.

He is a decent defender, who knows .. Maybe on loan he'll get a better chance to express himself
