He must know something I don't. How are Gattusso, Flamini and Ambro supposed to be in the same 11?? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) One of them has to be a sub.

And did he just talk about wingers for R10??!!!! Whoa!! Are we actually looking at getting wingers??!! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

Zapata's agent to Tuttomercato: "Milan's interest is in itself a certificate of achievement for the player"

The Colombian Cristian Zapata has been in the middle of the transfer tornado in Europe, as there is some interest from Europe and Italy for the player.

And Tuttomercato website had an exclusive interview with the player's agent Daniel Fidal, who concurs the Italian team's interest in his player, but he focused most on Milan's interest.

Question. "Braida came from Milan to confirm the interest in the player?"

Fidal: "This for sure fills us with a lot of pleasure. For Milan's mere interest in a player is a certificate of achievement for any player. And for us, it is very important."

Question. "What is the ideal position for Zapata to play in, in the Milan defense?"

Fidal: "Okay, Milan play with four at the back, just like Udine where Zapata plays on the right side. In my opinion, I see him challenging Kaladze for a starting spot along side Nesta, but for sure he wont play as a right back. His characteristics is close to that of Maldini, though he doesn't have the attacking instinct Maldini has, still Cristian has the physical ability to help the team upfront when needed. There is also a statistic that confirms his qualification for attacking play as 80% from his attacking attempts."

Milan Renew Adriano Interest
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Milan are reconsidering making a summer move for troubled Inter striker Adriano.

‘The Emperor’ was sent out to Brazil late last year for clinical rehabilitation following a traumatic 18 months of personal problems, ranging from depression to alcoholism.

While in his homeland he joined Sao Paulo on-loan, and he has largely impressed so far.

Adriano is due to return to Inter at the end of the season, however there are doubts whether the Serie A leaders want to keep him.
City-rivals Milan have been linked with the 26-year-old in the past, and according to the Corriere, they are now reconsidering making a move for the player.

Adriano’s agent Gilmar Rinaldi is in Italy this week to discuss his client’s future with Inter, and it is believed that Coach Roberto Mancini wants to offload the striker along with other so-called troublemakers such as Luis Figo and Hernan Crespo.

Adriano last week accused Mancini of not supporting him enough during his difficult times, while the pair have clashed on a number of occasions in the past.

It is reported that Inter have put a price tag of €25m on Adriano’s head, but whether or not they will be prepared to sell to their bitter local rivals remains to be seen.

I have heard two rumours:

Firstly we will swap Gourcuff for Jeremy(?) Menez, I have no idea how good Menez is. Would this be beneficial for us or not?

Secondly involves a cycle of epic proportions; Gila to Fio in exchange of Frey, Borriello recalled and Pazzini sent to Genoa.

The second rumour sounds quite credible (well the first two parts anyway), though im not sure if Pazzini would want to leave champions league football to play for Midtable Genoa

I saw that one too, whoarethepatriots. I think it was originally from Gazzetta. It's an interesting idea, but like you I have a hard time seeing Pazzini leaving the Viola for Genoa.

Mediaset is reporting that next week, Flamini will officially tell Arsenal of his decision to leave and that he'll ask for permission to fly to Milan for a pre-contract medical.

Oh, God. Not him! The guy is a complete joke, and while he can be good at times, he is someone I'd personally hate to see in the Milan shirt because of his attitude problem. The only other club I can bear to see him is Liverpool. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Menez is good but nothing special, he's a striker plays for the under 21 french national team. There also a rumour about a swap between Gourcuff and Nasri, but now it's between Ben afra and Nasri (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Those are just rumours, nothing more, just like the Pazzini/Gilardino to Geona (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Who can believe it?
