Today, is the first day of trial proceedings. Milan's Adriano Galliani along with Inter's Leonardo Gilvi (VP of inter) and Mauro Giamparo (former inter GM) will stand trial on counts of tampering with the balance sheets of seasons 04-05 and 05-06.

I hope the 05/06 title is taken away from them. They finished 3rd and they don't deserve it, it's as simple as that. And if it they are penalized for this (of course they are guilty, all big teams around the world do... "stuff") then they can shove the "scudetto of honesty" up their ***!!!

They're gonna surpass us in league titles anyway. 3 or 4 years? What's the big deal? They're gonna do it anyway.

Don't be so sure. Mourinho's Chelsea looked stronger than this Inter and I thought he would be champion for a decade with them. Yet he lost to Manchester and now he's without a job. Milan might not be there to challenge them but Juventus will.

@Porty .. They will win the title this season. But I doubt next season they'll dominate, more like they will face a LOT of competition !! Something they haven't had ever since Calciopoli.

No they are not...what are you, Moratti or? Why should they?
They have 15 titles, we have 17. It's simple. And next year, there won't be that easy to win the scudetto.

They've 16, with the one this season. There's no Roma or Juventus who can stop them.
And they'll dominate for the next 3 years easily. Just like Moggi predicted.

We thought that this year wouldn't be so easy for them too... (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

For me it's simple: until we build a "strong" team, Inter's dominance will continue.

We haven't done anything particular in the last three/four transfer windows [including January transfer windows] in order to make ourselves a competitor in the league. our purchases were mainly short-term remedies (Ronaldo, Oddo, Favalli) and it somehow succeeded in the CL, so I don't see a reason why should we change our policy in this summer's transfer window.

I'm not going to agree with you on that one. Inter has 15 now - they could get the 16th by winning the 07/08 scudetto, and also could loose the 05/05 on court. So it's not that simple and it's not that clear as you picture it.

I'm not a fan of predictions and especially not of predictions that go so deep into the future. Ibrahimovic is now 27, why think he'll stop to be "italy's best" in 3 years. Maybe Inter will dominate 5,6 or 10 more years,..who knows?

But if predictions like this would be accurate and true then football would not be the top sport allover the world...
