The Argentine World Cup hero has fallen out with his club Coach Manuel Pellegrini and has been virtually frozen out of the Yellow Submarine’s squad.

The 29-year-old, who is widely regarded as one of the best playmakers in the world, has been made available for the paltry sum of £3m.

The Rossoneri have arguably one of the best midfields in Europe but believe that Riquelme’s technique and creativity would fit in perfectly with the likes of Andrea Pirlo, Clarence Seedorf and Kaka.

Riquelme had seemed set to sign for Atletico Madrid in the summer but his transfer fell through at the very last minute.

Despite his lack of playing time for his club, Riquelme is still being picked for his country, and he scored two sublime free-kicks during Argentina’s 2-0 win over Chile in a 2010 World Cup qualifier at the weekend.

The ex-Barcelona midfielder first came to the world’s attention at Boca Juniors, with whom he won the Intercontinental Cup in 2000, after a virtuoso individual performance against Real Madrid in Tokyo.

@Tennie it is everywhere .. check FI ..

I doubt he will come .. These are just rumors. We have Seedorf (who is 10x better, and faster (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) ) .. We have Emerson and Gourcuff who also are challenging for a first team place. Highly unlikely that he will come.

Unlike Gourcuff he can produce instant creativity and danger from the midfield. He is welcome IMO,...

The lap dance is included in the separate, longer version of the movie, the one that was released on DVD! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

^^^ What about Gourcuff? And Emerson? This would cause a huge problem in the team harmony. Otherwise I'd love to have him. He'd play perfectly with the 2 DMs formation that Carlo loves.

Carlo doesn't trust Gourcuff enough. It will be better for him and Milan to be loaned to another Italian club. Emerson is playing in a different position. His place is to be a sub for our defensive midfielders. Riquelme is experienced player that can really make a difference and will be perfect alongside Kaka behind the striker.

How long will you keep loaning out Gourcuff? One season? Even he won't stick around for that kinda treatment much longer, and I know lots of clubs that would love to sign him up off us.

And I don't know about Carlo not trusting Gourcuff. Why say we won't sign any MFs otherwise?

Half season or one season and see how it goes. It's better than just keep him on the bench. The boy needs playing time. People can say that his training with Milan bla bla bla , but he's almost a year and a half here and what's the point of keeping him if he's barely playing. And how many seasons do you think he will stick around with limited minutes? Maybe if he will be playing in some other Italian team and show what he realy worth, Carlo would see him differently...

Here's a better idea, I'm sure you'll like. Buy Riqueleme and loan him out to Kiev, till Seedorf retires. (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
