Oh great forumers of milanfan.
I, the great drucurl come in peace (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)
Permit me to ask thee a n00b question:
Dost thou thinkest Pato is most effective on the right, in the centre or as a support striker.
Many thanks in advance my adoring subjects
Yours truly,

I'm surprised nobody's mentioned this yet, but after Inert's win over Chelsea, a bunch of losers torched a Pato poster at the Piazza del Duomo in Milan.

Personally, I think they'd be better off burning Julio Cesar's driver's license.

Criticism all you like for his work-rate, but so far he has 14 goals to his name with 10 games to play. Last season he scored 18 in all competitions.

And despite missing 2 and a half months of action due to injury he's currently 3rd in the scorers table with 12 goals.

And all this in a season where some keep talking about how off-form he's been!

He does not do much when he does not score but that's not because he's not on form I think, it's because he has not learned how to cope with always being closed down by 2 or even 3 defenders.

True, if only he does so much more. He could've gotten at least another 3-4 goals.

I'd add for clarification purposes that according to the above, the exam showed a pull to the hamstring, no tears, and that he'll have another exam Monday.

Also, there's already speculation in the Italian media that he'll be fit for the cl game.

Thanks for clarifying that further.

I'll be more than happy if he makes the bench for that game. he could come on as a golden sub!

AC Milan Confirm Alexandre Pato Out For Seven To Ten Days

QUOTE
AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato pulled up lame during the 3-1 win over Atalanta on the weekend and required an immediate substitution.

Fans feared the worst for the young Brazilian, but the Rossoneri have confirmed there is no muscle lesion and he will only miss seven to ten days of action.

"AC Milan announce that their player Alexandre Pato underwent an MRI that revealed the results of a distortion to his right hamstring, showing there was no real muscle damage. The player will undergo further tests Monday morning," read a statement of the club's official website, acmilan.com.

The injury means that the starlet, who scored twice against the Orobici, will certainly miss the upcoming Serie A clash against Roma and most likely be ruled out for the Champions League battle against Manchester United on March 10.

The Rossoneri lost 3-2 at San Siro to the Premier League giants in the first leg and will be required to win at Old Trafford to have any hope of overturning the deficit.

Funny. they've quoted the announcement and nowhere in it is the recovery time mentioned. where did they get it from? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)

(but not those belonging to Locke's donkeys)

I'd guess it's their guess that he's out a week because he sustained the injury on a sunday and is having a follow up exam 8 days later.
