QUOTE (Fillipo Simone @ Apr 22 2013, 06:41 AM) Spot on my friend.
I can't understand how we can easily condemn Pirlo by saying he sucked his last two seasons with us. He's a maestro for god sake, and our team went from a stable Ancelotti lullaby to Leonardo's AC Brazil and back to a Allegri-minded Milan, whatever that means. As a focal point of the team, he surely had to adapt first, and especially Allegri didn't exactly give him the time for this move.
The fact that Pirlo is still talking about Milan says you all - it did hurt him in some way and you can see it's still important to him. Only he's a maestro and he's much more egocentric then Gattuso or Nesta, so his comments end up being spiteful and so. But the bottom line is I don't agree with Galliani. I think he really was unfair with Pirlo; we have implemented this "family club" strategy for years back-to-back, and to make the Pirlo case a deal-breaker was simply put unfair.
In fact, I don't like how Galliani is shifting from one extremity to another. Almost everything what made Milan special for so many years has been undone by him and Allegri (and Berlusconi as well) in the past few years. All we have left now is memories, history and this Milan aura. But in fact we present almost nothing different to other teams. P!rlo needs to go for a long swim in the most shark infested waters in the Caribbean (IMG: style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Talking 'bout he could have gone to a ton of other clubs but chose Ladri? QUOTE (X-Offender @ Apr 30 2013, 04:29 PM) Yeah, but too bad we're the ones who really miss "her". It's like "she" has settled with some rich boyfriend whilst we're miserable and needy, and "she" is laughing at us for dumping "her". (IMG: style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Thank you for properly explaining this scenario max & co, you're acting like the bitter ex who dumped their girl so they can party during spring break only to realise that you're the idiot and she easily replaced you with someone better

What I'm about to translate right now from Pirlo's autobiography is something I'd never thought I'd hear from this person whom I considered a true Milan champion. QUOTE […] - because if they ask you if it's true that you had practically signed for Real Madrid, you have to answer by hiding behind false phrases, already said and done many times before: "It's not true, I'm fine at Milan". F*ck it! It's a pity it ended this way, I would have gone running to Madrid. It has more charm than Milan, it has more future, more appeal, more of everything, it strikes fear to any opponent. However, at the end of that season I comforted myself by winning the Champions League. It could have gone much worse. QUOTE When I was a kid all my teammates at Brescia's youth team wouldn't pass me the ball because I was better than them.
I decided that I wouldn't pass them the ball so I started to dribble the other team and my teammates on my own, they can't score a goal together but I can on my own.
After 2006's world cup I stopped talking Italian when people stopped me and I was talking in Spanish because my heart, soul and mind I was already a Madrista with 5 years contract and an unbelievable salary.
I didn't know where Milan will be after the world cup but one thing for sure I won't play in Serie B
In less than one minute Capello has convinced me to come to Madrid, perhaps because I saw the paycheck before the phone call happened.
I was imagining myself in the white jersey of Madrid then my agent called saying Galliani stopped the move.
I rushed to Milanello and I saw Galliani, my agent was telling him that Andrea wants Madrid, Galliani said "No he is not going anywhere"
Galliani gave me a new 5 year contract and he told me you write the salary you want, after alot of thought i signed.
After turning Madrid down I have to lie about the whole thing saying "What Madrid? I am fine in Milan"
I was so upset after all of this, Madrid is better than Milan it is more charming than Milan. it has a better future and overall the club is better than Milan.
When the season ended we won the Champions league, somehow it comforted me or the year could have been alot worse. Grazie Maestro (IMG: style_emoticons/default/king.gif)
