Milan chief doctor Meerseman has told Radio Kiss Kiss (which, I've discovered has a website - the radio station is a fairly good source of news, btw) that Ronaldo's recovery is going more quickly than expected. He's now estimating 7 months out instead of the earlier 9 months. link

Ahem. It would seem that Ronie is definitely feeling....better.
Apparently on Friday he went out on the town in Rio and met up with a lady of the night and conducted her back to a hotel for some quality time. The problem was that the lady of the night was in fact a man in drag who had brought some drugs along. When this was discovered, Ronie apparently offered the transvestite some money to keep the whole episode quiet; said transvestite demanded a LOT more money. The two of them + two more transvestites ended up at a Rio police station. The police spokesman was quoted as stating that Ronie's version of events seems the more believable (Ronie was quoted as saying that yes, he'd had a bit to drink but he categorically denied wanting to or having taken any drugs). link (Porty, could you make sure I got it right?
