With qualification guaranteed, and far from attractive opposition to play, there is every chance that Stamford Bridge will be far from full on Tuesday night.

Therefore, although it probably too late to implement such a scheme now for tomorrow night at Stamford Bridge, we`d like to see the club flout current policies and take a leaf out of AC Milan`s book in future years.

The Italian giants have slashed the price of tickets for Wednesday's Champions League game with Lille to just one euro ($1.33) in a bid to avoid a low turnout at the 80,000 capacity San Siro.

Having already qualified, Milan, with numerous first team players out injured, will play a largely inexperienced side. Therefore all their season ticket holders for the Serie A will be able to purchase a ticket for a single Euro!

Furthermore, those supporters who have already purchased a mini-season ticket for the Champions League will be able to buy a ticket for a friend at this same token price.

Now we understand we`ll never see action within Stamford Bridge for a single Euro but perhaps £15 could be a starting price!

Whilst admitting it`s probably a non-starter under the current regime, we suspect the mere idea will have the suited gentleman, within Stamford Bridge, cringing under their tables in case the idea ever catches on in spectacular fashion across Europe.

However, with a packed house the revenue generated by the purchase of snacks, beer etc. could well go some way to balancing the books.

One Euro is about 70pence while chelscum will only go down to £15!!!!!!!
No wonder no-one wants to watch them play (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

Apparently chelscum are the most expensive team to watch in the epl - perhaps Abra should subsidise the price of tickets rather than spending obscene amounts on players (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

R u serious !! Stamford Bridge is packed .. Even against Watford .. That is thanks to Abramovic and the players he brought .. Many whom r not football fanatics go to the Chelsea games, just to see their world class team, I mean there is bound to be at least one player that would be interesting to watch play, let a lone a whole team and BENCH, basically celebreties in their own sense
