QUOTE (Bluesummers @ Feb 28 2009, 01:09 AM) sorry locke but this may sound arrogant but arsenal vs ac milan? I mean the trophy room speaks for it self. We have much higher standards. You just got eliminated from the UEFA Cup by Werder Bremen. We are on our to eliminating Roma from the Champions League. Matter of sheer fact. By the way, why did you even bring up Arsenal vs AC Milan? I didn't even vaguely mention it. Now if you could answer question number 4 please...

QUOTE (Locke Lamora @ Feb 28 2009, 05:23 PM) And who will replace Galliani and Ancelotti? I would love to have moggi on our board. Or better yet put costacurta, maldini, or any candidate with the qualifications could do. Galliani hasn't done anything special. Its silvio who has been running this club for the last 20 years. Galliani is just a puppet. Ancelotti ? LOL van basten riijkaard guus hidinks leonardo donadoni spaletti 6 candidates just off the top of my head. I could list more if i searched. Though the one candidate who would rise our team to its former glory is now untouchable, so i'm not gonna even mention him.

Moggi isn't fit to wipe Berlusconi's @ss, he shouldn't be anywhere even close to the management of anything. As for the managers you listed: Van Basten - What top-level experience at club level has he really had? Riijkard - Fair enough. Guus Hiddink - Currently at Chelsea and won't enter a long-term contract until he's done with Russia. Leonardo - Who? Donadoni - Judging by how he managed to destroy Italy at the Euro...no. Spalletti - Only way would be to assasinate the Sensi's and wipe out the entire team (though Panucci could help us out with that).

(IMG: style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Fishdoll +1 cookie to Locke for that. (btw, the two have apparently kissed and made up. Panucci's been called up for the game with the cugini).

QUOTE (Bluesummers @ Mar 1 2009, 12:44 AM) I think moggi has done a fairly good job when he was juve director. Why not?? Yes he has had a dirty past but everyone deserves a second chance. I think he could help us in several deals.
van basten- same thing could be said about guardiola but he is aparantly doing quite well. leonardo- same thing as above donadoni- I dont blame him, I think italy was poor at the euros. It wasn't a fair chance for him. Also club and international football are two different things.
Heres another one, big phil. Moggi doesn't deserve a second chance at a club like Milan. It would be sending out a signal of "Oh, so we have a disgraced Juventini, a man who destroyed much of Italy's footballing reputation and ensured that two seasons were completely wasted...let's make him director of football." And that is a patethic signal. I'll concede the Van Basten point but I don't have a clue about who Leonardo is. Donadoni wrecked Italy's campaign by firstly not starting De Rossi and secondly by never even trying to play with another tactic than "team milling about in midfield before passing to Toni and hoping he scored (after his display against France he shouldn't have even started against Spain). And Scolari...well he did brilliantly with Chelsea or what? again, You suggest Milan pick up and swallow what other clubs have choked on and spat out.
