QUOTE
NEW YORK (Reuters) - AC Milan do not intend to make any further signings before the start of the season, coach Carlo Ancelotti said on Friday.

Milan have added strikers Christian Vieri and Alberto Gilardino to their squad in the close season but asked by a reporter if he planned any more arrivals, Ancelotti said: "No. With the players we already have, we will finish the season."

Ancelotti was speaking on the club's U.S. tour at the presentation of their team shirt for the new season at a sporting goods store in Soho, lower Manhattan on Friday.

On Sunday they play English champions Chelsea at Giants Stadium.

We still need cover for Cafu! (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)

Stam, Simic, Costacurta and even Jankulovski can play on the right. There's no need to panic, our team is ready for the incoming season. Still, we should secure the services of Cicinho and sign him in January or next summer.

I heard Carlo was going to put Jankulovski on the right. So we'd have Kaladze/Serginho on the left, and Jankulovski/Cafu on the right.

Would be great if it works.

Jankulovski will play most of his matches on the left. I saw Carlo's comments as well, was it sth like "I have to speak to Marek if he could play some games on the right." He has played on the left side for Udinese and the Czech national side, and it would seem quite weird to play him somewhere else. I think Carlo is just looking for alternatives for his preferred formation.

I don't think it's a good idea to put him on the right ...

YYou are right. Why would you want to field a left footer on the right? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) He plays left full back or midfield for Udinese and the national team. And whether CA likes it or not, we need to sign another defender, preferably a back up for Cafu.

In this season we have lost Dhorasoo. I think it's important to make a same player.
Mozart is good for us because is a playmaker like Pirlo.

What's your opinion ? (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
