Different rules, different results... I wouldn't like to think that this policy is leading Italian football into a bog... but this could be the truth.

They certainly do need to be taken care of more, Serie A is for me, the best league in the World. It needs to start showing that, financially it's been a mess for a while and needs to get it sorted in whichever way it can.
@Jefri: I don't think it matters what league you're from, transfers will cost the same. You just convert the money from one currency to another.
