When Man U faced off against Everton last saturday, Tim Howard didn't play.
The keeper was on loan from ManU but the deal became permanent in february.
Everton-boss David Moyes now states that ManU demanded he would not play against them, wich is why the deal went so fast.
Now FA is looking through this, and ManU may be punished with point removal.
FA-spokesmann Dan Johnson have confirmed this.
This is the same kind of incident that West Ham was fined 5,5 million pounds for.
They didn't deduct points from West Ham for making 2 illegal transfers, withholding information from the league and blatantly lying to about registration, ownership etc.
There is no way they will deduct points, but Chelsea fans can hope.
