It's how Germany got the 4th spot off Italy, not through the CL but by their teams doing very well in the EL/UEFA Cup while the Italian sides were sending out their second string sides and being regular semi-finalists/finalists in the CL. Germany simply overtook them in the ranking through that easier medium I think a couple more seasons like this in the EL with hopefully a bit more of a half decent showing in the CL and we'll start gaining some ground on Germany again Yeah, the EL gives you invaluable points. |

Napoli 1-1 Dnipro
Sevilla 3-0 Fiorentina Didn't have much hope for Fiorentina, though that's a heavy defeat. From what I read, Napoli dominated but their GK was great, and Dnipro had one shot on goal all game, where they scored, which was also offside. |
