I don't rate Ledesma that high and I think he'd be good enough only as Pirlo's sub. But Lotito wants a lot of cash, so I really see no point in signing him.

I don't rate him that highly either. you didn't pay attention! I said "he's good enough for our team".

I think Ledesma is not bad, he'd be a good addition.

i think he would be a good addition if he was a bit younger but now i think its just a normal signing, but at least it would be better than nothing

When I said " I don't rate him that high" I didn't mean "as much as you do". The fact I quoted your post must have given you the wrong impression. It was merely a generalization.

Renew his contract? Are you f@cking serious? I can barely support him for another year, and you want to keep him even more? Oh god... I don't think even Galliani would be OK with that. han, han, wake up buddy! Ronaldinho ain't go sh!t to offer anymore. He's deader than Elvis.

My my, your hate for Dinho has indeed clouded you judgment. Dinho has 2 good years left in him you might think that everything involving Dinho is terrible or bad, but facts are facts, and the numbers show you how important Dinho was for us last season and I have no doubts that he'll be important for us next season.

You're supporting him? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) All you do is bash him no matter what he does. I'm no Dinho fan, but I believe that he's earned our respect after last season and I'd be more then happy if we renewed his contract for another year at least. Like d'Arc said, if not we risk losing him on a free as well.

Galliani would probably love to renew Dinho's contract more then anything as he knows he's not getting the money from Silvio to buy anyone better any time soon. The only thing holding him back is the wage issue. But a the end of the day I'm sure they'll reach an agreement as Galliani wouldn't want to lose Dinho for free when he's smart enough to know that any American/Arab club would pay more then decent money to get him when the time is right for us.

^ Exactly.

I'm not a fan either, but unless Milan get's another quality playmaker we don't have much to discuss. And when I say quality, you know I don't mean just about anyone else.

Exactly.

Dinho might not be the player he used to be but still he is not the typical AM. If we're going to replace him it has to be with someone better then him and I can't see us splashing the cash to buy anyone of that level

I was looking at a few games that we played last season and I noticed that most of the crosses that came from the flanks were useless, as there weren't many players in box, I also noticed this during the season. I think this could turn into a problem we need many players to be in the box to collect the crosses. This is why I think its important to bring a box to box midfielder rather than another playmaker. What do you guys think?
Did any of you guys notice this also?

That's true, and while the whole blame can't be on him, it's half of the reason I think Borriello isn't the right guy for us. It's true he was alone and often double marked, but considering Pato usually scored from the same crosses...
