either way.. cagliari will pay for this...
Cellino will have to open his wallet a little bit wider next time he comes around shopping in our youth team

im convinced Allegri will come. Cellino is just having a slight ego-boost... wont last much longer
although i wouldnt mind Leo back

I do think Marcello Lippi is a great coach, but yes, Galli would be a good choice IMO too.

I don't think he's a bad coach either, but I don't want his stubborn, old ways at Milan. We need someone who will give the youth a chance and play the best team possible without letting personal favourites getting in the way of winning

Toldja that Cellino was taking the same pills as Zamparini.

I suspect it'll be resolved but Cellino has lost a lot of ground by being this stubborn.

Also of note, tuttomercatoweb indicates we may be sending some kids (or kids recently graduated from the primavera) on loan to newly-promoted serie B side Novara (they're the ones who played Milan in the Coppa this year).

I really, really hope Onyewu makes a decent WC so we can grab at least 2-3m from his sale.

LOL, the dude isn't as bad as that btw his first game was great, his squad status i'm sure reads(decent back up) i'm fine with that, better than having to play oddo at CB, so i say we keep him+ no new CB signing will bench nestasilva for at least 3yrs if they both stay injury free

tuttomercatoweb is reporting that we've renewed the co-ownership of Alberto Paloschi with Parma and that he'll remain in Parma for the next season. No confirmation on the club websites yet.

Any news of Milan getting Marchetti? I belive Allegri would bring him to Milan -- if the transfer will go through.

With Abbiati (meh) and Storari hanging around, I'd say the chances of Marchetti coming over here just got considerably slimmer.

Anyway, what's so great about this Oduamendi (sp?) guy, anyway? I see a lot of people are singing his praises on here in between their desire to dump Onyewu to the curb.

Oduamani is a good young winger, Miz. Not sure if he'll be kept or loaned at this point.

I think she means Otemandi, the Argentine CB (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

To which I say, "O" my God. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) Let's mix up the alphabet a little in our transfer rumors.

Parma renew Paloschi deal
(IMG:http://www.sport10.it/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/alberto-paloschi.jpg)
Alberto Paloschi will remain at Parma for another year in a co-ownership deal after an agreement with Milan.
The striker spent the last two years at the Stadio Tardini and is owned by both clubs, but negotiations on his future were proving difficult.

There were reports the Rossoneri would recall him to then send the teenager to Cagliari as part of their deal to release Coach Massimiliano Allegri.

“We have reached an agreement, which was the most logical outcome to this situation,” explained Parma director general Pietro Leonardi.

“We have renewed our co-ownership deal with Milan for Paloschi.”

Not happy that we've let him out on a co-ownership, but pleased he's not at Milan. He's not ready for us yet and this experience will do him good.
