My point is that we should not favor anyone.

I don't think it would be 'favouring'. Seedorf has done enough to warrant a place on the bench, Ronaldinho hasn't, it's not favouring, it's just the way it is. But favouritism does happen at this club. pirlo and Maldini haven't deserved to start for us since about 2006, but they have been. Al in my opinion, of course.

I think football isn't about democracy or giving everyone the same. Every coach favors some players. It was and always will be so.

I did not say Seedorf should leave. But if R20 has to go then Seedorf has to be dropped.

I know... but there is stubbornness and personal choices and then there is the Carlo and Seedorf romance. I have never seen a player playing as bad as Seedorf has for three consecutive season and not dropped a single ****ing time!!

Yup even I have favorites haha. Its impossible because with some players develop relationships that you cannot break easily based on form.

However, we a professional club and not an amature level club. If the coach continues to play favorites and it's not working in favor of the club then either we sack the coach or sell the players. We have done neither which is why we sit in 3rd.

As for my future, clearly if Milan were to fail to finish third something might change, also for me. But I am convinced we will finish third and that there will be no problems.'

ancelotti should leave ,,, and we have to get a new coach wid new ideas and tactics .... look at barcelona frank rykard finished third and barca were qualified to the cl ... but when pep came all the things changed ... and as another example ... look at chelsea ... they changed their coach now they are winning whatever by 1 by 2 or by 3 goals they are getting the 3 pts they need .... milan losing against sampdoria now that's really bullsh*t .... heh ancelotti have to leave ... ok he won all the trophies wid the team ... now he can retire and look for other teams like roma the one he loves or south africa (the one he wants to coach in the world cup) and let a new coach get some new things to the spirit of the team ... and of course the team have to get new young players ... and maldini should retire (no disrespect ;he is a legend and now he has to finish his career and i think that's what he will do and thanks to him for what he did to milan and maybe aday he will coach ac milan) and pirlo have to wake up ... when he holds the ball .... he's like a drunk man just like he did against brazil .... and seedorf is old but still have skills .... beckham have to leave .... because ronnaldinho can play in his place ... or pato or seedorf or jankolovski... we need defender and not some fashion old midfielders... heh ... now don't take that as an insult or an offensive term but this is what i think about the situation we are in ..... peace ! Totally agree (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Players should play on merit and not because they're friendly with the coach - this means the coach is too soft and therefore is not needed.
