QUOTE (morgoth @ May 17 2008, 02:54 PM) Sure man, you can start with the cup final and also watch the euro there will be a lot of EPL players there too (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/innocent.gif) Yes, there will be alot of EPL players at the Euros. But obviously you know nothing about football. You seem to think that because the English NT is not doing well at the moment, it must mean that the English league is bad. Well, unfortunately for you, players are allowed to move to different countries so the EPL has many top talents from around the World. Then again, this is all coming from a guy that rates the French league higher than the EPL. (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

The english league is good (though I personally don't much like the general style of play). The english NT at the moment...is not particularly good by their own standards.
That said, I AM looking forward to watching the Euros, even if I do get in the middle of another spitwad fight between diplomats at the pub (long story). The games ARE being broadcast in the US, though I'm not sure how many will be live.

No euro for Trez (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif) With 20 goals in Serie A this season I think Trez thought he'd make it especially when last year the joke of a coach said that he'll focus on the season performances (IMG: http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Anyway, it was expected, in France everyone prefers Henry to Trez even with one leg ... The players that I expect to stay home are : Mandanda, Boumsong, A.Diarra/Flamini (just because he signed for Milan), Ben Arfa, Cissé, Gomis and Escudé/Clerc/Sagnol should be Sagnol (didn't play all the season) but it probably won't be him ...

Not too happy seeing matrix there. He has definetly declined as a footballer over 12 months and gets burnt easily by reasonably fast players. Would have preferred Gamberini. One of Cassano or Del Boy will cut i am sure, Montolivo or Aquilani, but not sure about defenders
