Kaka has told Milan that he will only stay at the San Siro if the club stay in Serie A.

The Rossoneri are involved in the match-fixing scandal rocking Italian football and are in serious danger of losing their top flight status.

The prosecutor in the ongoing trial has asked for Milan, as well Lazio and Fiorentina, to be relegated to Serie B. Juventus, the other club implicated, could face relegation to Serie C.

Kaka has now given Milan further reason to fret by insisting that he has no plans to ply his trade in a lower league.

The Brazilian intends to watch the trial unravel before making a decision on his future.

"I'd stay at Milan only in Serie A," he declared.

"For the moment it is the wrong time, as we must wait and see what happens.

"Anyway these things do not concern me. My father will follow them."

Kaka's comments are likely to fuel rumours of a switch to Real Madrid, whose new president Ramon Calderon has targeted the attacker as one of his first signings.

Milan have repeatedly warned Calderon not to pursue his interest in the 24-year-old.

This is getting pathetic ... I'd be furious with the Milan managment, if the verdict is against us

Well what did everyone really expect, that a player like Kaka would play in serie B??

But I still believe that they would loan him out if we do get relegated

If that happens... Galliani should be out of San Siro.

Well silvio can't really be out of San Siro since he owns the club. I don't think that he will fire himself.

But why are we continueing to jump to conclusions and we are already making it like that we already know the schedule we will be playing in serie B.

As far as I'm concerned we are still not guilty of anything and to relegate us would be a crime in itself since the evidence against us doesnt entail to us being relegated.

And Galliani's only taped conversation was him saying "uhu" to Meani 3 times after Meani said thet he called the designator after the Siena game where we had a goal disallowed and that he wanted a fair referee for the next game, but surely enough we got screwed over again because in the next match against Chievo another goal was disallowed from us and both these goals where disallowed for non existant offsides if you remember.

And Galliani is not charged for match fixing but unfair conduct as league president

This whole trail is ridiculous I expect us and Lazio and Fiorentina to take this to the European court if we are found guilty because there is nothing on us that would get us relegated

Don Silvio is Milan. AC can't live without Berlusconi family. Just like Moratti or Agnelli...

Galliani is nothing. A simple director.

Galliani a bit more then just a simple director (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

I really can't see where he went wrong in the whole calciopoli trial. I hope he comes out innocent and both him & Berlusconi will lead Milan too succes next season.

Back on topic : I really don't care anymore about players leaving. If he doesnt want to play in serie B if Milan get relegated , plz leave , i hope Milan closes the door when he wants to return.

Perhaps when Milan would fail to return to Seria A , then he can leave. But please stop talking about how you love Milan cause when the sh!t hits the fan , only a few are worthy to be called rossoneri for life, and it aint him.
