pkiller, why are you so sure the roni won't play??

If he completes the move on Monday and starts training on Tuesday it's highly unlikely that he will play on Wednesday

If the player played in Coppa for one team he can't play in Coppa for another team (the same competition)

Major club's policy. They never rush any player... Even if it's Ronaldinho.

yeah hes gotta lose some weight first, and get used to the italian attack style. But once he plays, ho ho ho yeah the word fear will be driven into the club that has to defend ronaldo. Or he can just be a flop and miss open netters like klose does against hannover and guily does against weder bremen.

You are putting too much importance on him. He is not going to be our savior. He needs time to get back in shape and fit in.

i'm not sure but I think I heard that from this year in Coppa Italia away-goals are not going to count anymore. ex. 1-1 or 2-2 would be the same.
but I think, I think wrong (IMG:http://cyrus.medialayer.net/~m1ke/milanfan.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Oddo is in the squad and could play.

Ancelotti: "Massimo Oddo could play. He has trained and rested and he hasn’t had any problems adapting to our style of play. He has no problems interpreting his position."

If he starts, it'll be interesting to see what kind of reception Oddo gets returning to the Olimpico in a Milan jersey. Granted, the game's against Roma, but the reaction of the Laziali to his transfer has been one of..considerable anger.
