What the hell? I'll open it, it's not like win, lose or draw makes much difference at this point
Thankfully this nightmare of a season comes to a close on Sunday.

QUOTE (han2503 @ May 16 2014, 06:56 PM) [...] it's not like win, lose or draw makes much difference at this point Don't want to jinx it, but in theory we can still take the last EL spot. Unlikely, but possible. Not convinced it will get us much, but ... Forza Milan! QUOTE (han2503 @ May 16 2014, 06:56 PM) Thankfully this nightmare of a season comes to a close on Sunday. Indeed.

QUOTE (Danny @ May 17 2014, 01:35 AM) If Torino and Parma BOTH lose (not impossible in Torino's case) and we don't completely screw up on the last day we do still make UEL qualifier.
But it's really unlikely. Parma play Livorno, so I think that's done and dusted, no matter what we do in our game

Parma only have to draw though.
Fiorentina are not chasing anything either but it's their last game of the season and at home so they might wanna bow out with a nice finish.
If Torino draw and we win, then we finish with the same amount of points so I think it goes does to GD as both our games were draws.

QUOTE (X-Offender @ May 17 2014, 10:16 PM) GD with relation to our two games. We tied 2-2 in Turin and 0-0 in Milan, so we get the nod. Parma is playing Livorno (who is already in Serie B no matter what), and Fiorentina has no incentive to beat Torino (in fact, I am ready to bet that most Fiorentina fans have not forgotten what happened last season and during the summer, and would be happy to lose if that keeps us out of EL). Also, the uncertainty around Seedorf's future could affect the morale of the players, so I would not be surprised if we will struggle more than we should against Sassuolo. So, it is still possible for us to get that last EL spot, but it is highly unlikely we will succeed.
