I don't think we'll struggle too much without Kaka. Not as much as we did before whenever he was out injured anyway... our play relied heavily on him so whenever he was out we looked lost but now we'll have to adapt to a different setup right from the start.

And that can't be achieved with the likes of Seedorf and probably even Dinho... we need a decent attacking midfielder IMO.

Maybe it's a different sort of 4-3-1-2. We'll see.

Agreed on that, plus with Leo now we probably won't play as 1 dimensional as we did under Carlo

I don't think there is any gaurantee of Seedorf playing next season. And I think we'll see a new Dinho under Leo..

And I agree with Jack, there is no gaurantees that we'll be playing 4-3-1-2/4-3-2-1 next season

Personally I think that Leo's first choice set-up would be

Abbiati
Zambro--Nesta--Thiago--Janku
Rino--Pirlo--Flamini
Pato--Boriello--Dinho

With Pirlo playing a bit ahead of Rino and Flamini

I'm not taking into account any new signings, I think we'll most likely see Janku and Boriello replaced by the new center forward they're after and a new LB.

That's the line-up Gazzetta thinks Leo wants to play han only with Inzaghi ahead of Borriello and Ambrosini ahead of Flamini:
Dida
Zambrotta-Nesta-Silva-Jankulovski
Gattuso-Pirlo-Ambrosini
Pato-Inzaghi-Ronaldinho

Rino is already playing (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

That's obviously a lot weaker then the one I put out. Flamini is miles ahead of Ambro is terms of technique and we can't have both Rino and Ambro on the same 11, its just too much. Ambro should be the sub when we need to rest Rino (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Same goes for Pippo who will most likely start the season missing sitters like he always does. The only time Pippo should be a starter should be around the end of March to end of April. That's the only time Pippo is useful as the times outside of that time zone he's beyond cr@p

I think our line-up for next season will be completely different. I mean this is practically the same team except without Kaka'.

+1

Galliani has promised (and has to stand by it because he's sold Kaka) to bring a "great attacker". I don't think 36yo Inzaghi will be a first team player.

On paper we look like a Eredivisie team or something. it's really sad!

If they can't find someone under 30m then you just watch it happen

Well Galliani would just promote one of our players to 'great attacker' status. I don't give a rat's @ss..about who keeps his word and who doesn't.

If Borriello can score 30 goals in a season, then cool. I'm fine with it. Results, not personnel. Even if we win every single match 1-0.

Agrees, but what gaurantees do we have with Boriello and Pippo, both injury prone, one is 35 years old and if he isn't experiancing one of his purple pathes he's basically useless as when he's off form he misses more sitters then he scores goals.

And Boriello, despite having 2 good games before his injuries, we still have no idea whether he can perform or not for Milan
