(IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) @ Inter. I blame it on Leo because this isn't his first time (that he gets thrashed!). look what he has done to the Inter and that mighty defense Jose built... especially Ranocchia, the kid is nowhere near Inter's level. if he's the future of Italian defense, then I'm sorry for myself as an Italy fan. Now Gareth Bale you are the most undeserving, useless, overrated 'world-class' footballer I've ever seen. You can't take playing bad so when you do you fall over and pretend your einjured. Get out of here are you anywhere near world-class.

You noticed that too? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Spurs were embarrassing. I didn't watch the while game but out of those ~60 minutes I did they failed to create anything. I'm serious when I say I didn't see Iker tonight at all. how did we lose to them...

Agreed on your point about Ray Wilkins. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Bloody idiot. Kept harping about how Spurs did not deserve to lose by the 4-0 scoreline. I mean there is bias, then there is obvious bias, and then there is this.

Yep, they deserved to lose by what they did, and they really should have got a penalty. Bale did not produce, not that I was ever expecting him to do, bar Ribery I really don't know of a more overrated player in football. Sure he did it what twice? But apart from that he's done relatively nothing in Europe or the EPL.

Ah, you heard? I'm sorry not all our media is like that, believe it or not. I know it's kind of trivial but 'Ray Wilkins' is trending worldwide on twitter for his commentary tonight, it was embarrassing. Sky Sports should really assess his position after this it was just like a 5 year old who'd just lost at a board game short of stamping his feet and saying "it's not fair" there's not much more he could have done.

Seriously, what the hell was Ranocchia even trying to do on the own goal??? He slides in, stretches out a leg and connects with the ball, what did he think was going to happen?

I didn't see any of the game so I'm just going to take wild predictions that fit into what I want to believe.

Harry got the tactics completely wrong, especially with 10 men.
Madrid should've won by more than 4.
Spurs should be sued by the FA on the basis of 'damaging English footballs reputation'.

Yeah, Madrid were more than capable, Spurs did what they did against us stick 9 in the box and keep blocking, though Madrid have players a level above ours in a number of positions.

Hmm, maybe I think the real loser tonight is Italian football. I mean Milan got knocked out by a team who got completely destroyed tonight, to a point of embarrassment at this stage of the competition. Then obviously Schalke the team everyone wanted taking Inter apart at the San Siro.

LMAO at Inter.
Truthfully I kinda feel sorry for them, but then I remember that they won the treble last season.

weird, how quickly things change, innit?

Leo's coaching career now unofficially is over.
the only goodpaying coaching job he may get is from some sheikh in some minor league, lol.

True. They have not been anything like in the early season, the whole Suprs team. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) If anything, after their mid-season training camp in Dubai, the squad as a whole has been pathetic, draws and losses in bundles. How we managed to not go past them is way beyond me.

And that too with the difference being just one crappy goal, by Mr. Crap himself, did you see how Crouch got the cards. He should have been sent of direct red for the first one. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mad.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/angry.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/realmad.gif) And then he had the guts to go in with the second challenge like he did.

Oh definitely heard. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) No reasons to be sorry for these guys, they are on top with their coverage going across the globe (and helped by the universalism of English language overall), but I have heard and read real English media with journalistic integrity and it is great.

Heck, even in the cricket world cup they had two English commentators calling the play in the last 10 or so minutes when Ireland was winning against you guys. Nasser Hussain and David Lloyd (affectionately known as Bumble), and this Bumble guy was screaming lungs out when the Irish were hitting the winning runs. He even said: "Up yours, England!" after the winning runs were hit. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) So that balances out in the end, I guess.

Still the higher ups at FIFA/UEFA and these stations should lay down some sorts of rules and boundaries. It's okay if anyone calling the play is supporting a particular team. A little bias and favoritism? Yeah, perfectly fine. Evey one does that Italian commentators, Chinese, the African ones in the Cup of Nations are crazy, but blatant disregard of the other team's skills and abilities is quite bad and uncalled for. At least call it down the middle, give the opposition the necessary respect.

Only then can you earn some for yourself. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cool.gif) Otherwise, you'll just be called Stupid or Idiotic Ray (Wilkins).

+1. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif) Pathetic defending, from dare I say a pathetic defender. He is not all that he is cracked up to be. Heir of Nesta, more like "Hair of Nesta". At least we have a real young stopper in Silva, unlike this make believe, over hyped clown. Was at fault for more than one goal, gifted another own-goal along with the game.

2nd one, I reckon. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) inter's demise was always on the card with two of their best defenders (Lucio and Samuel) out of action. Few clubs can do with makeshift CB pairing in such high intensity encounters, unless they have 1) adequate backup, 2) their midfield can cover up, or 3) they don't have a fuger like Chievo in their lineup.

Hey, it's one thing losing a game in the Champions League because you miss your starting pair of defenders, and completely another being humiliated at home by a mid-level club like Schalke 04. Inter's defeat has no justification!

Both the teams I am supporting are 1-0 up, inter with a Stanković wonder goal from the half way line, Madrid with an Adebayor header inside the box. I just hope they stuff Tottenham, though, 4, 5, 6 even.

Whoa whoa whoa, you were supporting Inter??? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
